90 Day Fiance: The Other Way couple Tiffany Franco and Ronald Smith have welcomed their first child together!

Tiffany and Ronald's little bundle of joy reportedly arrived July 3 at 7:35AM. Carley was born weighing eight pounds and three ounces, and she measured 19 inches in length.
"Carley's arrival into this world was a mother's biggest sacrifice, the giving-birth part," Tiffany, 27, told People. "But she was worth every contraction, every cry, all of it!"
Tiffany is also mom to an adorable nine-year-old son Daniel from a previous relationship.
"We struggled every day trying to find a name we were in love with. From early on until three months before her arrival, her name was almost Camila! But then I would talk to my belly and it didn't feel right," Tiffany shared.
"One day I called Ronald and told him I found a name I fell in love with and it made my heart so warm. He agreed he loved it. It just came to me out of nowhere, but it felt so right."
Tiffany and Ronald shared sweet family photos with People, showing that Carley was born with a full head of hair. The photos made it seem like Tiffany and Ronald are still a happy couple, and even Tiffany's little four-year-old sister, Emily, made an appearance in one photo.
"When they put my baby on me, all of my pain was gone and all I felt was her warmth and the love and support of my family," Tiffany said.

Tiffany is a 27-year-old from Frederick, MD, and Ronald is a 29-year-old from South Africa.
Tiffany told People that Ronald was not physically present for the birth but her mom was, so it appears as though Tiffany returned to America prior to the baby's birth.

In addition, the photographer Tiffany credited with taking a set of baby photos she released on Instagram is also based in the Maryland area.
Ronald's mother Ria was also apparently able to speak with Tiffany on videochat during the delivery so she could witness the birth of her grandchild.
"I feel so much love and joy inside. Everything was perfect," Tiffany told the magazine.
Instead of following Americans and their foreign partners dating in the United States and attempting to marry within 90 days like the original 90 Day Fiance series, 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way follows American citizens moving across the globe and living in foreign countries for the sake of love and their future spouses.
90 Day Fiance: The Other Way's Americans also have to wed within 90 days in order to stay in their new countries.

While on a trip to South Africa with a friend, Tiffany met and fell in love with Ronald, who quickly proposed marriage.

After Ronald entered a rehab program and came clean, Tiffany had to decide whether she should uproot her eight-year-old son Daniel and move across the world for him, in spite of her hunch that she still didn't know everything about his dark past.
Tiffany ultimately chose to move to South Africa to get married, and recent episodes of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way have featured Tiffany and Daniel getting adjusted to their new life with Ronald.
Tiffany and Ronald were just shown celebrating their respective bachelorette and bachelor parties, but Tiffany is still trying to build trust with Ronald and acknowledges their relationship will not last forever if Ronald relapses.

According to Starcasm, Tiffany and Ronald are still together.

Tiffany and Ronald apparently conceived a baby back in early September 2018, which appears to have been more than a month before their wedding day.
Starcasm reports Tiffany announced she was expecting to her family back in early January 2019.
