90 Day Fiance: The Other Way featured Jenny Slatten learning Sumit is married and being ambushed by his whole family and wife, Karine Martins giving Paul Staehle a second chance, and Laura Jallali being crushed by her son Liam at the start of her three-day wedding during Monday night's episode on TLC.

90 Day Fiance: The Other Way's Americans will also have to wed within 90 days in order to stay in their new countries. Paul and Karine, however, were already married at the time of filming.
The latest broadcast featured Paul and Karine; Jenny, a 60-year-old from Palm Springs, CA, and Sumit, a 30-year-old from New Delhi, India; Laura, a 51-year-old from Eustis, FL, and Aladin Jallali, a 29-year-old from Qatar; Tiffany Franco, a 27-year-old from Frederick, MD, and Ronald Smith, a 29-year-old from South Africa, and Corey Rathgeber, a 31-year-old from Mill A, WA, and Evelin Villegas, a 26-year-old from Engabao, Ecuador.
Deavan Clegg, a 22-year-old from Salt Lake City, UT, and Jihoon Lee, a 29-year-old from South Korea; however, did not make an appearance in this episode.
After arriving in their new countries, the six American cast members must race a ticking clock and experience major culture shocks and challenges -- including winning over their soon-to-be foreign in-laws and trying to plan a wedding.
Below is the latest on each 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way couple based on Monday night's episode on TLC.
KARINE and PAUL
It had been two weeks since Karine birthed their son Pierre, and Paul said he felt honored to be a father.Before Karine delivered the baby, she wanted a divorce from Paul, but he hoped she would change her mind. Karine wanted Paul to help her every day with the baby, so she asked him if things could stay peaceful between them.
Karine was optimistic about her future with Paul because of how healthy and beautiful their little boy was.

Paul's mother Mary then traveled to Brazil to meet her grandchild. Karine was nervous because she had never met Paul's mom before and didn't know whether she liked her.

When Paul's mom and Karine met, they embraced each other and called each other beautiful. Karine welcomed Mary to Brazil and then Mary got to hold the baby for the first time, which caused Paul to cry happy tears.
Mary gushed about how Pierre was beautiful and sad she'd be so distant from Paul's new family.
Karine hoped Mary would help her with Paul, and Mary really seemed to like Karine. Paul said the journey to his son's birth was a rollercoaster but he'd remember this moment of his family being together for the rest of his life.
LAURA and ALADIN
Laura and Aladin celebrated the first day of their traditional three-day wedding in Tunisia, which was basically a huge party that lasted all day long and into the night.Laura's son Liam said he'd probably be "a party pooper" and miss the first night of the wedding, and Laura said he'd probably offend Aladin's family.
Liam claimed he was just tired and that partying and dancing is not his style. Liam had traveled 24 hours to get to Tunisia and insisted he was giving Aladin a chance, but Laura still wasn't happy.

"He doesn't let you talk. He's controlling. It won't be long before this goes south like all the rest of the guys. And when you get hurt, you come back to me crying saying you don't need no man and you're a strong and independent woman," Liam told his mother.
Laura said sometimes relationships are good and sometimes they are bad, but Liam was convinced her marriage wasn't going to work out. Laura called Liam "rude," but he didn't really care.
"He resented Aladin before he even got to know him. It was like the game was over before it even had a chance to begin. I wish he had the maturity to know relationships in life aren't easy," Laura cried to the cameras.
Laura said she really wanted Liam to be a part of her wedding but he was "so stubborn."
Liam said he'd love to be wrong about Aladin, and if he ended up being proven wrong, he would apologize. However, Liam had asked his mother to choose between Aladin and himself -- and she obviously chose Aladin.
Laura was upset and ended up being late to her party. She told Aladin that Liam didn't want her to try at love again, but Aladin said Liam should not be able to decide whether his mother can love again or not.

Aladin said Liam was acting like a child but he's not. Aladin didn't want to have to "babysit" at his wedding. Laura was embarrassed her son was acting this way, and so Aladin told her to come to the party and let it go.
"I was under attack from my own son and it was a bad situation, okay?" Laura said, asking Aladin not to make her feel bad for being late.
Aladin said he'd talk to Liam man-to-man the next day. Laura said this is not how Liam should treat people, let alone his mother's husband.
Laura then joined the party with a forced smile on her face, and she just hoped Liam would give Aladin a chance.
EVELIN and COREY
Corey had been back in Washington for the past few weeks because his father had passed away.ADVERTISEMENT
Corey's mother had watched her husband go downhill very fast after his pancreas was inflamed and die in the hospital.

Corey was torn between staying home and making sure his mother was okay vs. going back to Ecuador and hopefully proposing to Evelin.
Corey felt his mother needed him and his siblings looked up to him, but he loved Evelin and wanted to be with her forever. He didn't want to pressure Evelin to marry him, but he was running out of time.
TIFFANY and RONALD
It had been a couple of weeks since Tiffany and Ronald had a blowout argument. Things had gotten better and Tiffany was excited to be pregnant, but she was anticipating giving birth in a public hospital instead of a private one.Tiffany had heard bad things about public hospitals, and Ronald even admitted they are not very clean and doctors don't take great care of their patients.
Tiffany then discovered the maternity area was very small and the hospital has an issue with overcrowding, so she learned there was a possibility she may not even get a bed when she goes into labor.
In addition, areas were separated with curtains and there would be no door or private room for Tiffany.
Due to the small spaces, Tiffany also found out Ronald wouldn't be able to be by her side when she delivers the baby. The hospital apparently has limited resources and they assist with 25 to 30 deliveries a day.

Tiffany came to the conclusion giving birth in a public hospital was not going to be an option. She was not happy with what she saw and heard, and so Ronald promised Tiffany the funds would be available so she could welcome their baby in a private hospital.

Tiffany worried this could be the thing that breaks him, but Ronald felt very confident he could take care of his wife in the proper way.
JENNY and SUMIT
Jenny attempted to walk the producers and camera crew through something that had happened to Sumit.Producers apparently received a "frantic call" from Jenny and so they took the earliest flight to India to cover the events as they were unfolding, according to TLC.
Jenny said what happened was "worse than anything" she could have ever imagined and it was a nightmare. Sumit visited his parents' house, and when he got back to the apartment, Sumit's phone was ringing and he told Jenny to lock the door.

Jenny thought his parents had arrived and were going to flip out, but a couple of minutes later, there was a knock on Jenny's door and a man was standing there with Sumit.
Jenny recalled the man saying, "Hi, Jenny, how are you? I am Sumit's wife's father. He's been married to my daughter for the last two years. He's married to my daughter."
Jenny said she was shocked and thought the situation was "wild," and she didn't know how to react or what to do.
"Why did he marry someone if he loved me, if he's telling me he loves me all these years, every single day? How did he marry someone else? How is it possible to do that?!" Jenny vented.
Jenny said Sumit's father-in-law entered the apartment and had called Sumit's parents so they could meet her.
Jenny feared everyone was going to be angry and go after her. Sumit apparently tried to convince his father-in-law nothing was going on, and Jenny was scared.

Sumit stood in a fighting stance against his entire family, who gathered together in a circle in the living room.

"His mother looked at me, and if looks could kill, I would probably have dropped dead at that moment. She looks at me, like, 'You better get back!' So I backed up," Jenny recalled.
"She looked like she was going to hurt him bad. I was scared. I didn't know how to help him. They were threatening to put him in jail."
The family also threatened to tell the police on Jenny because she was living with a married man, but she broke down into tears about how she had no idea Sumit was married. Jenny didn't know Indian laws or what would happen.
Sumit, however, told his entire family that he loved Jenny, and then his father-in-law filed a complaint with the police. Sumit's father-in-law apparently took Sumit's passport, license and more.
"They were leaving and they took him. They took Sumit away from me... and I haven't seen him since!" Jenny cried.
Jenny was left in India alone and she didn't know what to do.
"Why is this happening?! Why is this happening?!" Jenny cried, getting more and more hysterical.
Jenny didn't have a plan and noted, "I don't belong here."
Jenny was alone in her apartment for a few days in India, and so she called her daughter. Jenny was afraid to tell Christina about this because Christina had been right all along and she didn't want to look like "a fool" and hear "I told you so."

"It seems that Sumit has a wife," Jenny told her daughter on video chat.
"This is why he has been keeping all of this a secret from his parents. His parents entered him into an arranged marriage... He doesn't want to be married to her. He never wanted to be married to her."
Jenny explained Sumit had gotten married about two years ago and then his family -- 15 to 20 people -- ambushed them in their apartment.
Jenny said she and Sumit just cried and he was ripped right out of her arms.
Christina vented about how the situation was so f-cked up but Sumit had put her into so much danger. Christina said Sumit had an idea of what was going to happen if they were hiding and this was inevitable.
"He straight up lied to my face!... That is so mind-boggling!" Christina yelled.
Christina couldn't believe Sumit had even allowed Jenny to move to India when all of this was going on. She put all of the blame on Sumit, but Jenny told the cameras she had made her own decisions.
"I don't know. Right now, I am kind of disgusted with him," Jenny said in a confessional.
Jenny wasn't sure whether she could continue on with this relationship, and Christina advised Jenny to come home because she deserved someone who would be honest and upfront with her and lives in the United States.
Jenny had sacrificed and given up everything to move to India to be with Sumit, so she couldn't believe he had done this to her. She had so many questions for Sumit that she didn't even know where to begin.
