The two returning couples are Shekinah from California and Sarper from Turkey as well as Statler from Texas and Dempsey from England.

Shekinah and Sarper were last seen on Season 5 of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, and 90 Day Fiance viewers last saw Statler and Dempsey on Season 6 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days.

90 Day Fiance: The Other Way follows six couples who fell in love with partners from foreign lands deciding to move abroad to live with them.

"One couple is packed and ready to start their van life together traveling through Europe; financial differences and family rifts are on full display, while secret marriages and troublesome pasts come into play," TLC teased of the currently-airing season.

The new season has featured Americans moving to China, Iceland, Ireland, Turkey, Indonesia, and England.

Below is what happened on Episode 15 of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way's sixth season.

SHEKINAH and SARPER

Shekinah was shown walking into a plastic surgeon's office to get the third nose job of her life.

While Shekinah had two rhinoplasties in the past -- the first of which she had 17 years ago and the second of which she had a decade ago -- she said she never got the results she wanted.

Sarper admitted he was so nervous and anxious about Shekinah's surgery. Not only was he afraid for her life, but he also said that Shekinah was already beautiful and women were starting to "look like a factory production" of each other.

"I don't want that, but she wants it. And so it's out of my hands and out of my control," Sarper noted.

Sarper then showed the surgeon his vision of what Shekinah's nose could look like by drawing on her face with a marker.

On the way to her procedure, Shekinah explained how the focus needed to be on her and not on Sarper's anxiety.

Shekinah was going to view her recovery as a test for Sarper to see if he could truly take care of her and be a good partner to her. The pair was then shocked to learn that Shekinah wouldn't be able to brush her teeth for a week, nor could she have sex for a month after the surgery.

Shekinah learned that extreme physical activity can cause some bleeding in the nose, but she found a loophole by deciding that Sarper could do all the physical work in order to keep her blood pressure down.

"The no sex thing? We are not the couple who is going to comply with that [rule]," Shekinah quipped.

Sarper really wanted Shekinah to cancel her surgery, and so he started stressing her out.

"I care about Shekinah so much. I love her. Any problems she has, if she's in pain or if she's vulnerable, I feel bad," Sarper explained to the cameras.

"If anything happens to my love, I never can handle it. After surgery and in recovery, if there's problem, I will feel it more than her, and I will be anxious. Right now, our relationship is on eggshells and I want to show that I will always be with her."

But Sarper had never looked after anyone before, and so he acknowledged how taking care of Shekinah post-op was going to be difficult.

JOANNE and SEAN

Joanne's kids were still in shock over the news Joanne and Sean were already married for about two years.

Joey, for instance, was making sarcastic and passive aggressive comments, prompting Joanne to explain how Joey didn't want to talk about his real feelings. Joanne thought Joey's main concern was his mom's desire to move them to Ireland.

Joey admitted he was afraid that he'd have to become Jesse's caretaker since their dad also lived 45 minutes away, but Joanne insisted she was still the parent and Joey wouldn't have to take over her role.

Joanne said she'd get on the next plane if she needed to get to New York and the kids' grandparents would help.

Joanne told Joey that her sons would always be her priority and if they didn't want her to move, she wouldn't. Joanne promised that she would always put them first.

Joey apparently didn't want to move to Ireland, but he also didn't want his mother to without him.

"There are many layers to this decision that Sean and I did not take into consideration," Joanne told the cameras, before telling Joey that she didn't want him to think she'd ever "abandon him."

Joanne acknowledged how her spontaneous decisions caused confusion for her family. Her sister was "f-cking hurt" about Joanne's long-kept secret, and there was a lot of emotions coming from the kids.

Sean apologized to Joanne's children for not thinking the marriage secret through. He said he felt guilty about how he handled things, even though he didn't regret tying the knot with Joanne.

Joey said he wished he could've spent more one-on-one time with Sean and he had to talk to Jesse about whether they'd be okay with Joanne moving or not.

Sean then drove his stepsons to the airport and Joey called him "father" when saying goodbye.

"It's easy to dream big with your wife, but the reality is setting in that this might not happen for us," Sean lamented in a confessional.

JOSH and LILY

Lily suddenly decided that she didn't want to take Josh and his brother out to a nice dinner, and so Josh thanked Lily for ruining his brother's night by complaining about money once again.

However, Josh's brother was a good sport and helped to ease some of the tension between Lily and Josh. They tried a variety of Chinese cuisine at a food hall and appeared to have a good time.

But Josh's brother was worried about Josh and Lily having problems and arguments only a couple of days before their wedding. This was supposed to be the happiest time of their lives.

When Josh's brother asked Lily if Josh's lack of income was going to be an issue for her, Lily explained how she didn't care if Josh was poor or rich.

Instead, Lily claimed she was upset because Josh was making her feel "unloved" and had used inappropriate language when speaking to her. Lily also said she wanted to know that Josh was grateful and appreciative for the things she was doing for him.

Josh realized he and Lily had different love languages complicated by the fact their typical gender roles were reversed. At the root of the couple's relationship was love, however, and so both Josh and Lily were optimistic they could move forward and be happy together.

JAMES and MEITALIA

James had been living in Indonesia for about six weeks, and he said it was much harder than he had anticipated. James said Meitalia's parents were not the easiest to live with and they tended to be a little controlling.

But James and Meitalia didn't have the funds to move out, even if they wanted to. The couple was paying for a wedding and just trying to get by.

While James and Meitalia had already tied the knot, it was a COVID wedding in the United States and Meitalia wasn't able to have her family and friends there. This wedding was therefore Meitalia's dream come true and a way to please her parents.

After the couple picked out their wedding attire, James and Meitalia spoke about how they needed to find a job and make money.

Meitalia's father was putting pressure on them to make the $1,500 wedding more grand and luxurious, which annoyed James, but Meitalia wanted James to respect her parents and be a better son-in-law.

Meitalia wanted James to gift her parents banana chips and work on learning to speak Indonesian fluently. Meitalia broke into tears while trying on her wedding outfit because she didn't feel like James was trying hard enough to embrace her culture and fit into her family.

James didn't think Meitalia was being fair, especially when he had moved to her country to be with her, and the pair bickered in the clothing shop.

After their argument, James claimed that Meitalia was being cold and distant to him. James thought she was "in denial" about their dire financial situation and they needed to find a way to take care of themselves in Indonesia.

James and Meitalia made jewelry to sell but none of the local stores wanted to carry their items since they were already selling other jewelry lines. The couple was selling their jewelry online, but James explained that only people in the U.S. were buying the pieces and shipping to them was very expensive.

Meitalia had applied for jobs as a data scientist but most of the opportunities were in Jakarta, which was nine hours away by train and an expensive place to live. Meitalia's salary wouldn't be enough to support the couple in Jakarta.

"I can't get a job here without speaking the language," James said. "We've reached the point where... we need to look into going back."

"I don't want to move back to the U.S.," Meitalia replied.

"I missed [my parents] and I don't want to leave them again! It was so hard living there and I was so sick."

Meitalia said none of the doctors in the U.S. could find out what was wrong with her.

"Maybe you can go back and I'll stay here," Meitalia vented.

When James said they were supposed to be in this together, Meitalia repeated how she was not going to return to the U.S.

"I feel like this is bullsh-t. I feel like we can figure out something here in Indonesia," Meitalia explained.

"I lived in the States for almost three years and James can't make it here for three months. It's not fair, and I'm not going back!"

But James was afraid to look like a bad husband who couldn't provide for his wife.
