90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days featured Chidi receiving heartbreaking news about his vision, Tigerlily storming off from Adnan after a fight, Rayne lashing out at Chidi, Loren breaking down into tears, and two couples meeting for the first time during the Season 7 episode that aired Sunday night on TLC.

90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days' seventh season stars eight new couples who are convinced they found true love.

The eight couples include Tigerlily, a 41-year-old from Texas, and Adnan, a 23-year-old from Jordan; Rayne, a 38-year-old from New Mexico, and Chidi, a 34-year-old from Nigeria; Loren, a 33-year-old from Nevada, and Faith, a 31-year-old from the Philippines; and Niles, a 28-year-old from Alabama, and Matilda, a 23-year-old from Ghana.

The rest of the new Season 7 couples are Joe, a 34-year-old from Florida, and Magda, a 23-year-old from Poland; Brian, a 52-year-old from Illinois, and Ingrid, a 33-year-old from Brazil; Veah, a 27-year-old from Florida, and Sunny, a 26-year-old from South Africa; and Vanja, a 41-year-old from Florida, and Bozo, a 38-year-old from Croatia.

Like 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days' prior seasons, the seventh season will follow Americans who began online romantic relationships with foreign partners as they travel overseas hoping to get engaged to someone they have never met in person and then begin the K-1 Visa immigration process.

Along the way, the Americans will encounter challenges that include large age gaps, language barriers, cultural issues, and questionable pasts as they travel to a list of countries that includes Nigeria, Philippines, Ghana, Poland, Brazil, Jordan, South Africa, and Croatia to meet their online partners for the first time.

Below is what happened on Episode 6 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days' seventh season on TLC.

TIGERLILY and ADNAN

Tigerlily and Adnan joked about how they were so tired after their fun night together, and they were about to embark on their honeymoon in Jordan. TIGERLILY only had three days left in her new husband's country.

But Tigerlily took three hours to get ready, having her hair and makeup done, and Adnan thought it was ridiculous. Adnan told Tigerlily that she needed to change this routine because he couldn't wait that long for her to start the day every single day, but Tigerlily said her husband was going to have to get used to it.

Tigerlily was frustrated and annoyed because Adnan was yelling at her and snapping at her. Adnan's brother also criticized Tigerlily's outfit when Adnan was wearing a shirt unbuttoned down to his belly button.

"It is completely ridiculous," Tigerlily said, venting about how Adnan was in a bad mood.

"It makes me nervous that we have only been married for three days and we are already arguing like this."

Not only was Adnan going to control how Tigerlily dressed, but she also wasn't allowed to be alone with another man.

Tigerlily said she had a lot more to learn about the rules of the Islam faith but she wasn't about to do everything Adnan said just because they were married now.

Tigerlily also didn't appreciate how the rules seemed to be a double standard. For instance, Adnan was allowed to shake another's woman hand.

Tigerlily told Adnan that shaking another woman's hand was disrespectful to her, and the gesture sparked another fight with Adnan's brother sitting in the backseat. At one point, Tigerlily exited the car and stormed off in the middle of nowhere.

Adnan felt very disrespected because Tigerlily had complained about him in front of his loved ones.

CHIDI and RAYNE

Rayne said it broke her heart to hear how Chidi had lost his vision and she booked an appointment with a specialist to see if medical advancements could help him. Rayne said even though she loved Chidi because he couldn't see, she'd do anything to help him.

Chidi said he was nervous about the visit for his blindness because it could possibly change his entire life. Chidi said the idea that something could still be done renewed his hope. Chidi began to wonder what it would be like to actually see the world and the woman he loved.

Chidi asked the doctor if his vision could be restored, and the doctor explained how there were glaucoma signs and they weren't just dealing with cataracts. The pressure in Chidi's eyes was very high and there was also no light perception.

Chidi was informed that his nerves were not active and they couldn't regrow. As a result, nothing could be done and Chidi's chances of seeing again were slim. To make matters worse, Chidi learned he may end up needing his eyes removed due to the pressure buildup.

The doctor put Chidi on a medication to decrease the pressure. While Chidi received bad news, he was so happy Rayne had convinced him to finally see an eye specialist for the first time in 10 years.

"Even though you can't see again, this life can be just as bright with me in it," Rayne told her man, who appeared very upset and deflated.

After Chidi, Rayne and Chidi's sister Victoria went to the local market together, Rayne could sense tension with Chidi's sister. She thought there was something there.

The situation worsened once Chidi's family learned that Rayne didn't cook and didn't enjoy spicy African food. Rayne was used to eating pizza and Hot Pockets, so this was a big concern for Victoria.

Rayne shared how Chidi filled her mind, heart and spirit, and once intimacy in the bedroom was brought up, Rayne called Victoria out for looking angry at her.

Chidi told the cameras that Victoria was never an angry person and Rayne was an insecure person who always assumed that people were against her. Rayne's behavior "deeply worried" Chidi, who wanted his girlfriend and sister to get along.

Rayne said she sensed so much negative energy in the household, but the next day was a fresh day.

Rayne then asked Chidi if they could move into a hotel room for a while to put some space between them and Victoria, but Chidi explained how he thought that alone time would tempt him into having sex with Rayne before marriage.

Chidi wanted to hold strong in his faith and convictions, but Rayne belittled his "little beliefs" and noted how she wasn't going to agree with him on this subject or fall in line with his demands.

Rayne told Chidi that she wasn't going to allow him to say, "No," to her in terms of moving into the hotel room, and Chidi said he didn't like seeing his love in this aggressive and forceful state. 

FAITH and LOREN

Loren claimed he never thought receiving oral sex would give him an STD, and he was instructed to take seven days of pills as treatment for Gonorrhea.

Loren said he didn't think he was doing anything unsafe because his friend got tested frequently.

Loren was hoping this wouldn't ruin his relationship with Faith and that she'd be open to talking to him and working things out.

"Ultimately, she is in control," Loren told the cameras of Faith.

"She said she wanted space, and I haven't seen or spoken to her since yesterday. She is very upset, and I don't know if she'll even talk to me again. I'm getting worried because I came all the way out here [for her], and this could be the end of everything."

Loren explained to his friend Esther on FaceTime how he had told Faith he was sleeping with people but she thought that meant actual sleeping. Esther said any normal person would be upset and she had every right to be.

Loren had been hoping Faith would have a non-monogamous relationship with him, but after this incident, he could tell monogamy was important to Faith and so he needed to commit and be loyal to her in order not to lose her.

"The only thing I care about now is getting back to Faith and showing her that I'll do anything to make sure I won't lose her," Loren explained to the cameras. "I just hope she gives me a second chance."

Faith appeared completely devastated over what Loren had done to her. Faith explained how she had thought Loren was being faithful to her during their relationship, and she broke down into tears at the nail salon.

Faith wasn't sure if she could trust Loren again, and she admitted, "Loren has broken my heart... I am nervous and confused. I need Loren to understand how much he hurt me, but I don't know if Loren can fix this. I don't know if I can ever forgive him."

NILES and MALTIDA

Niles was one long flight away from meeting his girlfriend, Matilda, who had accepted his disability. Niles was worried, however, that Matilda would have a problem with his social behavior once they reunited in person in Ghana.

Matilda revealed how she and Niles had agreed not to have sex until marriage but she wasn't sure if she was going to be able to wait because he's "so cute!"

Matilda's brother Hayford accompanied Matilda on her trip to the airport because he said he wanted to make sure that Niles was a good guy who would be able to take care of his sister properly.

When Niles and Matilda met at the airport, they hugged and kissed each other. Niles said there was nothing better than seeing his love in person, and Matilda was so overwhelmed with joy she couldn't speak and nearly passed out.

"My heart is popping! I am very happy!" Matilda gushed, before asking Niles if she could call him "Daddy" going forward.

Niles needed to break the news to Matilda that he wanted to postpone their marriage, but he didn't know how to say it. Niles promised Hayford that he wouldn't lie to Matilda or mistreat her.

Niles looked forward to spending one-on-one time with Matilda. While the pair both had sex before, their plan was to wait until their wedding day in order to make their first time making love very special.

BRIAN and INGRID

Brian said meeting Ingrid's son was very special and helped their relationship.

Brian then arranged a date at a beautiful resort to increase romance and physicality with Ingrid. He wanted their relationship to grow, but at the same time, Ingrid was still worried about Brian's prior affiliation with drugs and whether that was truly behind him.

Brian had been a drug dealer and got shot in the spine, which resulted in his paralysis. Brian believed his physical condition was basically a punishment for the poor choices in his past.

Ingrid, however, gushed about how Brian had redeemed himself and had quite a story to tell. She was impressed by Brian's resilience and optimistic attitude, and she had high hopes their relationship could work out in the long-term.

VEAH and SUNNY

Veah had traveled 36 hours to South Africa to see Sunny, but Sunny had no idea that she had traveled with her ex-boyfriend.

Veah therefore freaked out when she saw Sunny for the first time because she didn't want him to get angry at her for being with her ex-boyfriend Rory.

Veah wanted to break the news to Sunny that Rory was with her once they had their sweet reunion.

"It's hard for me to allow someone to take care of me and let my guard down, but I feel like Sunny is different for sure and I want a future with him," Veah explained to the cameras.

Sunny gave Veah a beautiful bouquet of roses. Their meeting was a little awkward, and including a missed kiss on the mouth, but Veah predicted they would become more comfortable around each other and loosen up in time.

Veah left Rory behind in the airport, and Rory was waiting for a text message to know that Veah was safe.

"I feel like I'm starting this relationship out on a lie, and that was never my intention," Veah explained of bringing Sunny with her.

When Veah and Sunny arrived at the hotel, Sunny surprised Veah with flowers and food. Veah didn't want to eat curry because she was afraid she wouldn't like it, and so Sunny felt disappointed.

Sunny thought Veah was being rude, but he decided to put the moment behind him and not ruin the night. He therefore surprised Veah with candles and rose petals in the bedroom.

Veah felt very guilty that she hadn't told Sunny yet that Rory was in the same country.
