90 Day Fiance: The Other Way featured Debbie dumping Oussama and calling him the "scum of the earth" and a "cold-blooded snake," Rishi's parents refusing to allow Rishi and Jen to marry, Daniele accusing Yohan of "humiliating" her for power, Isabel confronting Monica, and Mahmoud considering a move to America during the Season 4 episode that aired Sunday night on TLC.

The show's returning couple, Daniele, a 42-year-old from New York, NY, and Yohan, a 32-year-old from the Dominican Republic, first appeared on Season 2 of 90 Day Fiance: Love in Paradise.

Fresh from the 90 Day Fiance spinoff set in the Caribbean, Daniele left her home in New York and attempted to convince Yohan they should spend the rest of their lives in the Dominican Republic.

In addition to Daniele and Yohan, Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way stars Jen, a 46-year-old from Stilwell, OK, and Rishi, a 32-year-old from Jaipur, India as well as Kris, a 40-year-old from Haleyville, AL, and Jeymi, a 30-year-old from Venezuela who currently resides in Bogota, Colombia.

The TLC series also stars Gabriel, a 32-year-old from Margate, FL, and Isabel from Colombia; Nicole, a 38-year-old food delivery driver from Los Angeles, CA, and Mahmoud, a 26-year-old from Cairo, Egypt; and Debbie, a 67-year-old from Sugar Hill, GA, and Oussama, a 24-year-old from Khemisset, Morocco.

90 Day Fiance: The Other Way follows American citizens moving to or living in foreign countries for the sake of love and their future spouses and experiencing culture shock.

Below is what happened on Episode 13 of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way's fourth season.

GABRIEL and ISABEL

Gabriel was shown returning to Colombia and reuniting with Isabel, who was clearly thrilled to see him. Gabriel said Isabel was making his heart beat quickly and he finally felt like the universe was on his side. Isabel also felt relieved since their wedding was only two weeks away.

Isabel, however, admitted she was a little nervous and anxious considering she and Gabriel barely knew each other.

Isabel then shared with her fiance how their wedding was going to take place on a farm in El Carmen. She said it was going to be a small wedding with 40 people and she still had to get some of the last-minute details into place.

Gabriel said his sister Monica wanted to give him away and be the maid of honor, which Isabel thought was a little strange, "controlling" and inappropriate.

"I want my wedding to be perfect... but I honestly don't know how to handle this situation with Monica," Isabel explained to the cameras. "It's my wedding, not yours."

Gabriel told Isabel that his mother Marie was pleased about the wedding but Monica was worried about his business and she had advised him to get a prenuptial agreement.

Isabel complained how she's the one who worked in Medellin and was going to help Gabriel maintain and grow his business.

Isabel claimed Gabriel's business was successful in his new country only because she was doing a great job.

Isabel said she wasn't expecting to marry a man who would fully financially support her and take care of her, and she worried Monica was going to have a bad attitude and influence her groom-to-be too much.

"I feel like something is already building up. I don't want to be caught in the middle," Gabriel said in a confessional.

Isabel demanded respect from Monica and seemed ready to put her foot down about the wedding plans if necessary.

Monica and Marie then arrived in Colombia, and Gabriel said he didn't know what was going to happen. He just hoped Monica was going to polite and nice to his fiancee.

Monica and Isabel had a warm meeting in the airport, but Isabel felt Monica was disappointed that she couldn't speak more English. Isabel just didn't want to feel judged or criticized before her wedding.

Since Isabel couldn't communicate well with Gabriel's mother and sister, there was awkward silence in the van.

Gabriel, Isabel, Monica and her boyfriend Malcolm then had lunch together. Monica wanted to know that Isabel would help Gabriel when he's down and not have unrealistic expectations of him.

Isabel assured Monica that they had no problems at home or with money, and she said she'd be fine with signing a prenup because she didn't want money from Gabriel and they worked together.

Monica was surprised to hear this considering Gabriel had been nervous to ask her about a prenup.

Gabriel admitted he wanted to crawl into a shell and hide, and he was upset with his sister for overstepping and getting to far into his personal business.

Isabel questioned how close Gabriel and Monica really were since Monica had so much "inaccurate" information, and Monica pointed out how Gabriel had made it seem like Isabel was a jealous and controlling person.

Isabel thought Gabriel needed to have more honest and open conversations with his sister.

When Isabel said her family loved, admired and respected Gabriel, Monica broke down into tears and said it made her very happy to know that Gabriel had a home with Isabel's family.

In that moment, Gabriel realized Monica was coming from a place of love.

JEN and RISHI

Rishi had invited Jen and her friends to meet his family in India, and so Jen, Randi, and Myra were shown driving to the meeting with a translator to assist with communication.

Jen set out to discover more about Rishi's arranged marriage -- including when Rishi's parents had presented him with options and how many women they had presented to him.

If Jen found herself satisfied with the answers, Jen's friend Randi was going to announce that Jen and Rishi were engaged.

Jen figured the response from Rishi's family wasn't going to be any different two months from that point, and so she was taking it upon herself to reveal the news and come clean to Rishi's parents.

Rishi wanted to show Jen that she had nothing to worry about in terms of an arranged marriage, but he was still expecting to drop the news two months from that point in early August. When Rishi saw the translator, he was a little confused.

Rishi was also a little concerned because the translator was young and beautiful. Rishi thought his parents may think Jen had brought a "perfect match" with her for Rishi to marry.

Rishi's mother offered the women tea, and Jen hoped she wasn't going to find out that Rishi had been lying to her.

Jen asked how many women Rishi's mother had presented to Rishi for marriage that he rejected, and Rishi's mom said there were proposals "long ago."

Rishi's mother revealed, "We only talked about the girls. He did not see them. Only I saw them. He didn't. Maybe two to four."

Jen said she and Rishi clearly had a misunderstanding and she wished she had given her fiance the benefit of the doubt.

Rishi's mother was thinking that Rishi liked or had found a woman, maybe someone in the gym he worked at, and then Jen and Randi made eyes at each other.

Randi went on to announce to everyone in the room, "I am here to support Jen as she tries to figure out her relationship with Rishi and their pending engagement announcement."

Rishi was totally shocked and told the cameras that had he been translating, he would've changed the topic "instantly." Rishi didn't know how to stop the conversation since a translator was there.

The translator told Rishi's mother how Jen and Rishi had a relationship and Jen wanted to reveal it to her. She also shared how Jen and Rishi had exchanged rings and wanted to get married and live with each other.

Rishi felt like he was dreaming and confessed that he was "speechless" in that moment. Rishi sat with a hand over his face.

Rishi's mother was apparently shocked and asked Rishi why he hadn't told her about the engagement. She actually thought there was a possibility the women were joking.

Rishi's mother was hesitant to give her blessing in front of all those people, but she announced how she felt "good" and "happy" about it. Rishi's mother said her only problem was the fact Jen spoke English and so the women couldn't communicate with each other.

Rishi's mother also wanted to talk to her son in private about the whole arrangement.

Randi said everyone could take time to think about things, and Jen thought the announcement was being received well. However, Jen didn't like Rishi's reaction.

"I think he'll get over it, because his mom just said she was okay with it. This is what we wanted," Jen told the cameras.

Rishi was glad his mother accepted the news, and he shared how he felt a little relieved. Rishi was happy to have received his mother's permission, but he felt a break in trust with Jen since the pair had agreed to talk about this in August.

Rishi's plan was spoiled, and he said Jen's friends had ruined everything in that moment for him.

Jen told Rishi's mother that she'd like to live in Mumbai but it was open for discussion. Rishi also didn't like how Jen had made it known they weren't going to live together as a joint family.

Rishi's parents wanted him to stay, with his future wife, in their household so that he could take care of them physically and financially.

Jen didn't know how to respond to that, and Myra suggested they didn't need to dive into specific details about everything just yet. Jen therefore politely excused herself from the conversation, and Rishi didn't know what was going to happen next.

Outside of his family's place, Rishi actually thanked Randi for making the situation easier for Jen and himself. He said he was happy about the burden being lifted off his shoulders.

But Jen didn't want to live in a joint family, and so she expected Rishi to tell his parents that.

The couple had something to celebrate, but Jen still felt uneasy about their future living situation. She said Rishi needed to have a conversation with his family, and she hoped it wouldn't change things.

Rishi figured his family was going to be disappointed in him, and once he sat down to talk to them in private, his parents revealed how they felt terribly shocked.

"My heart is broken. I did not know about it," Rishi's mother admitted, adding how she needed more time to make such a big decision.

Rishi's mother claimed that she never said "yes" about the engagement, and Rishi's father complained about the "burden" that had been placed on their shoulders. Rishi's mother said they needed support and to call upon their family members before giving Rishi and Jen her final answer.

Rishi said he felt "hopeless" because he'd have to convince his entire family that marrying Jen was the right thing to do.

Rishi's parents were also shocked to hear Jen is 48-years-old, which is 16 years older than Rishi. Rishi's mother said they could've found him a younger match, and Rishi's father didn't like how Jen seemed unwilling to move in with them.

Rishi's father said he would've considered it had Rishi and Jen been closer in age. His parents worried locals would make fun of them and laugh, and Rishi's mother said, "No one will ever agree to this, ever. On this, it's a clear 'no' from my side."

Rishi said he felt heartbroken and hopeless, and his mother added, "She's capable of getting someone else of her status. Say 'sorry' and tell her that you can't marry her. You have crossed the limit."

Rishi then left the room and broke down into tears. Rishi knew Jen's age was going to be a concern, and that's why he had wanted Jen and his family to spend more time together before sharing the news of their engagement.

Rishi said he loved Jen a lot and was in a very hard situation. He essentially had to choose between Jen and his family, and he cried about how everything was "ruined."

DANIELE and YOHAN

Daniele had met up with her male friend and ex-boyfriend, Taylen, despite Yohan's disapproval.

Daniele was shown returning to their apartment with shrimp and pasta to cook. She was hoping to create a relaxing and happy environment in which to talk about her reunion with her ex.

When talking about Daniele's "friends," Yohan said he should come first, and he asked, "Is your husband not enough for you?"

Daniele assured Yohan that he came first and she left all of her friends in the United States for him. Daniele said she wanted to be friends with Yohan's friends and she wanted him to be friends with hers, including Taylen.

Yohan finally came around and said he'd like to meet Taylen, and Daniele suddenly became excited. She gushed about how Taylen is a good person and Yohan could ask him whatever he wanted.

Since this was clearly very important to Daniele, Yohan said he'd give Taylen a chance -- but he didn't like the idea of Taylen spending a day alone with his wife.

Yohan and Taylen then finally met in person, and Yohan joked about how Taylen looked like a flamingo in his pink clothing.

Taylen told Yohan how he had met Daniele in Miami and they were friends for several weeks before engaging in a more romantic relationship for several months. Taylen said he wasn't going to try to rekindle a relationship with Daniele, and Yohan was able to joke around with him a little bit.

Yohan went on to compare their heights and clothing sizes, and Yohan actually asked Taylen if he had a big penis -- which totally caught Taylen off-guard. Daniele said that wasn't an appropriate conversation to have in public, but she laughed it off.

Yohan also asked Taylen if he was still interested in Daniele, and Taylen assured him that wasn't the case. Taylen even said that if Daniele asked him to have sex, he would say "no" since she's a married woman.

Yohan insisted that he trusted Daniele but sometimes she did things to break that trust. Daniele disagreed, and the conversation quickly became awkward. Daniele got emotional at the meeting, and it bothered Taylen to see her that way.

"If Yohan can't come to trust Daniele, I know it's going to be hard for her to stay with him," Taylen told the cameras.

Daniele felt that Yohan was trying to humiliate her on-camera, and she accused him of being insecure and making her look silly on-camera. Daniele felt Yohan was asking crazy questions just to make her feel uncomfortable, and she thought this was a sign that he didn't have unconditional love for her.

Daniele thought Yohan just wanted "power" and she said she wasn't going to tolerate this behavior. However, Daniele had no hope Yohan was going to change.

DEBBIE and OUSSAMA

Debbie and Oussama were shown having a tense argument after he had introduced Debbie to his family.

"So your real plan is just come get to the visa, get to the United States, and that's it for you? That's how it goes?" Debbie asked Oussama.

"My plan is to get visa, come with you, work there. Because if I work there, I can make lots of money to make studio art. Because there, art is valuable," Oussama explained, adding how there was no future for himself in Morocco as a painter and poet.

Oussama said Debbie could "guarantee" his future in the United States, but Debbie pointed out how Oussama was only talking about his wants and needs and sounded selfish.

Debbie responded by saying she had no desire to support a man or be with a man who was just after a visa.

"So I will stop this," Oussama said.

Debbie told the cameras that she was "disgusted" by Oussama's behavior and "main agenda." He was admittedly after a green card, and Debbie couldn't believe it.

"I'm using every bit of my self control not to knock him into next week! It's like, you are the scum of the earth!" Debbie lashed out in a confessional.

Debbie told Oussama that he should be ashamed of himself for how he had treated her and lied to her. Debbie thought Oussama loved her, and she said he was "nasty" and "not honorable."

Debbie even called Oussama "creepy," and he didn't seem to care. Oussama mocked Debbie and claimed their plan all along was to go to the U.S., but Debbie insisted that wasn't the case.

"You are a liar," Oussama said.

Debbie claimed their plan was to live in Morocco, but Oussama disagreed. Debbie called him "a cold-blooded snake," and she expressed how Oussama had hurt her very badly and she just wanted to get out of there and go home.

Debbie vented about how Oussama's actions were disgusting. She said it had taken courage for her to open her heart after 12 years.

Debbie cried about how she was stupid to let Oussama into her life and she'd never read a poem from another person. Debbie told Oussama that she was going to pack her bags and get a hotel. She asked Oussama to call her a cab, and she intended to go to the airport as soon as possible.

Debbie felt "used" and silly for having believed in Oussama, and he just acted cold and nonchalant towards her as they parted ways.

"He took my trust and urinated all over it," Debbie complained in a confessional.

Debbie then Zoom chatted with her son Julian and revealed how she and Oussama were no longer together. Debbie said Oussama had made "cruel" remarks to her and he kept changing at night.

"I'm afraid of the dark here in Morocco. It's like he changes completely," Debbie explained.

Debbie shared the story with Julian, who wasn't shocked at all because he said he had never liked or trusted Oussama. Julian told Debbie to leave Oussama and cut her losses; he didn't want Debbie to allow Oussama to apologize and ask to try again.

NICOLE and MAHMOUD

Mahmoud shared with his brother how Nicole wanted them to move to the United States together.

Mahmoud initially found Nicole's change of heart shocking, but he acknowledged how she had tried so hard -- multiple times -- to make a life work with him in Egypt.

Mahmoud therefore admitted it would be selfish of him not to try for Nicole and make the same sacrifice for their marriage.

Mahmoud therefore had an interview set up for a few months from that point, and Mahmoud's brother was surprised to hear the news.

He warned Mahmoud that he would feel "out of place" and "not at home" in America, but Mahmoud insisted he was prepared for the change.

Mahmoud's brother didn't think Mahmoud would like living in the United States and that he'd turn around shortly after the plane landed.

Mahmoud said he didn't want to fight with his wife anymore, but he knew the couple still had a lot of things to talk about.

Mahmoud told the cameras that he loved Nicole more than anything and so he'd do whatever it took to stay with Nicole and make their marriage work.
