In the first part of the reunion show that filmed in November 2018 and aired earlier this week, Ashley made it clear her relationship with Jay was in limbo after finding out about his alleged intention to cheat on her.
"Once [trust] is broken, it's pretty much broken. That's something extremely hard to come back from," Ashley noted.
"I wouldn't trust me too, if I did that. I messed up and I'm just trying to make it up to her," Jay admitted on the special.
The couple agreed if they hadn't been restricted to tying the knot within 90 days due to Jay's K-1 visa, they would have waited to get married and just lived together in the U.S. instead.
However, Ashley still slammed her husband by saying, "You should be thankful that you had 90 days because it took you 93 to screw up... You don't invite a woman over to my house while I'm bartending at night."
Jay repeated how he had made "a mistake" but it was also "a misunderstanding" because he never planned to invite a woman back to their shared place.
"Don't even try to defend yourself because you sound like an idiot," Ashley barked at Jay.

Ashley didn't know whether to give Jay another chance -- although she admitted forgiving him would make her look like a fool -- or send him back to Jamaica and move forward in her life without a husband.

"Honestly, I have not filed for Jay's adjustment of status and I don't plan to any time soon," Ashley announced on the Tell-All.
So what's the current status of Ashley and Jay's relationship now? Are they still married and still together?
Unfortunately, fans of this couple will be disappointed to find out that while Ashley has declined to directly confirm their current status, Ashley and Jay's social-media activity seems to indicate they split just before Christmas 2018.Ashley was completely devastated by Jay's cheating, and so it appears she is still considering divorce and ending their brief marriage.
In her Instagram Stories on January 10, Ashley wrote, "Everything changed the day she learned that she was just as valuable as everyone else," alluding to the notion she may feel like she's better off without Jay in her life.

Back on December 30, Jay shared a link to a newly-created GoFundMe account that was looking to raise $5,000 to "help me get and my feet an a place to stay."
The GoFundMe account had only raised $5 from a single contributor several hours after it was created, and was later removed.
According to 90 Day Fiance blogger John Yates, Jay also briefly posted an Instagram photo showing Ashley talking with a police officer outside what appeared to be her home.

Ashley later posted an Instagram Story claiming the GoFundMe was a scam and Jay had only shared the link to it "to be a smartass."
"I spoke with Jay and neither one of us has a go fund me... he just reposted it to be a smartass! I can't watch people send money to someone scamming them," Ashley wrote.
Speculation that Ashley and Jay may have suddenly split began swirling on December 22 after Ashley posted a cryptic Instagram Stories photo about not being able to "fake" things anymore.
90 Day Fiance fans also noticed at the time she had deleted all of her photos of Jay from her Instagram account.

"You can only fake that things everything is ok for so long. Then you just hit that point... - ME!!!!!" the Instagram Stories posting stated.
In addition, fans also noticed Ashley and Jay were no longer following each other on Instagram. Jay also subsequently scrubbed his Instagram account of any photos of Ashley.
Prior to Ashley's December 22 posting, Ashley and Jay's social media postings had regularly featured each other and made it clear they were still together and living in Ashley's home in Mechanicsburg, PA.
In early December, Ashley revealed she had recently been hospitalized but was now home and doing better, and Jay was apparently by her side the whole time.
Jay posted two photos showing Ashley sleeping in a hospital bed, and he seemingly confirmed her condition was due to her ongoing battle with lupus.
"I promise I will always be there for you through all the ups and downs, no matter what happens. Love you babe girl get well soon #lupus #getwellsoon #staystrong," Jay captioned the images.
However, a few days after her cryptic December 22 posting that alluded to a split with Jay, Ashley had posted several more Instagram Stories in which she revealed she had been re-hospitalized due to lupus and spent Christmas in the hospital.

"If I could ask Santa for one gift it would be Good Health. Being admitted on Christmas Eve and missing Christmas morning with my children is the worst," she wrote in an Instagram Story posting.
"My strength is beginning to run out but God's strength will pull me through."
Although he didn't confirm where he was, Jay had also subsequently posted an Instagram Story showing him sitting in a hospital room 90 Day Fiance fans presumed was Ashley's.
However, Jay had urged viewers to stop speculating about his life in an Instagram Stories posting on December 29.
"Stop act like y'all know my life," he wrote.
Ashley was released from the hospital after Christmas and returned home.
Earlier this month, Ashley clarified when and where her wedding to Jay actually took place.
While 90 Day Fiance's sixth season showed the couple canceling their big local wedding and deciding to elope in Las Vegas, a marriage certificate could not be found in Nevada records.
In addition, photos had surfaced online from what appeared to be a wedding ceremony showing Ashley and Jay posing with the ocean and palm trees in the background -- a setting which certainly didn't look like the Las Vegas landscape.

"I know there are some rumors, so I spoke with TLC they would like me to clarify: We scheduled our original wedding on the 88th day after Jay arrived to America," Ashley wrote January 3 on Instagram, sharing a copy of her marriage license.

As 90 Day Fiance viewers saw, the "wedding registry incident" was when the couple's wedding website was allegedly bombarded with racist comments about their interracial union and threats of violence.
Fearing for their safety, Ashley decided to marry Jay -- whose formal first name is Conroy -- in private, in a way where no one could ruin their special day.
"Jay and I went to City Hall in Harrisburg, PA, said our vows, then flew out to Vegas for an actual ceremony a week later," Ashley continued in her post.
"This is why no one can find a public certificate in the Vegas records. I hope this gives you all some clarification! Please don't mind my kids juice box spill on the certificate! #momlife #married #90dayfiance #tlc #receipts."

Ashley's marriage certificate reads that "on May 16, 2018, at Upper Allen Township Conroy St Christopher Smith and Ashley Elizabeth Martson were by [retired district justice Ronald E. Klair] united in marriage, in accordance with the license issued by the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania."
As for the photos that appeared to show the couple getting married a tropical wedding, Jay had explained on Instagram the pair participated in a 2017 commitment ceremony in his native country of Jamaica so his family and friends could attend.
The ceremony, however, was more of a spiritual and emotional event, not a legally-binding marriage.
