90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days' viewers were just introduced to Darcey Silva and her boyfriend Tom Brooks on Season 3's premiere last week, but spoilers have already leaked out about whether the couple is still together or has split up.

The third season of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days premiered on August 4 and featured Darcey, a 44-year-old from Middletown, CT, and her foreign love interest Tom, a 39-year-old from United Kingdom.

Darcey is a familiar face in the 90 Day Fiance franchise because she had previously starred on the second season of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days with her ex-boyfriend, Jesse Meester from Amsterdam.

Darcey and Jesse had a very toxic relationship that was on and off due to their constant bickering and fighting, but she told cameras she's finally over Jesse and has moved on with a man whom she believes is more of a catch and treats her much better.

Darcey, a mother of two daughters, promised herself and her children she'd never let a man control her or be mean to her again.

In the premiere of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days' third season, Darcey revealed she was dating a new British man named Tom, a "jet-setter type" whom she had connected with four years ago on Facebook.

The pair had planned to meet up when they became acquainted with each other, but then Darcey met Jesse and focused on their romance instead.

Darcey insisted she had always stayed loyal to Jesse but wondered about Tom in the back of her mind.

Darcey found Tom to be supportive and explained their relationship blossomed over time as they talked more and more. Darcey said she had once again fallen in love, but this time, she predicted the relationship would be a healthy and positive one.

In the premiere episode, Darcey said she had plans to fly to England in one week to meet Tom in person for the first time.

"With Jesse, it felt like a false love, but I feel Tom is the right one for me," Darcey told the cameras.

Darcey's twin sister Stacey was concerned Darcey was going to take things a little too fast, but Darcey wanted everyone to be happy for her, assuming this was her time for love.

Darcey said the "torment" from her last relationship with Jesse had made her stronger and she wasn't going to "be stupid this time around." Darcey claimed another man would never bring her down again.

Darcey said Tom helped her to understand she deserves better in a relationship than what she had with Jesse, and she called Tom her "rock."

Tom, however, told Darcey that he was going to send her a driver at the airport because at the time of her plane landing, it would have been awhile since she had brushed her teeth.

While some women might have been offended, Darcey liked the idea and thought being picked up at the airport by a driver was romantic.

Darcey then revealed Tom had purchased her a beautiful ring that she sometimes wore on her left hand's ring finger.

Darcey apparently posted a photo of the ring once on social media and Jesse had blasted her engagement and romance as being fake, but she felt certain Tom was everything she wanted and a marriage proposal would be the next step for them.

So did Darcey and Tom make it? Are they still together, or has the 90 Day Fiance couple split and broken up?

A season preview that aired at the conclusion of the debut episode of the new season of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days showed Tom complaining about how emotional Darcey tended to be.

Footage also captured Darcey saying she loved Tom when he was standing right next to her, but he said nothing in reply.

However, Darcey confirmed she's still in a relationship with Tom and they are happy during a recent interview with Newsweek.

"We're very good. We're very happy. Things have been amazing and some people might see it that way and some people might see it a different way," Darcey said.

"You'll have to go through the journey along with us."

However, Darcey's social media gives little indication she and Tom are still dating. While Darcey's Instagram account is flooded with photos of herself, there are none of her and Tom together.

There are also no signs Darcey has left the country since January, when she posted a close-up photo of Tom carrying her and her designer boots across a cobblestone street while she was visiting the U.K.

"Getting carried away in London," Darcey captioned the image, which did not reveal Tom's face at the time.

During her interview with Newsweek, Darcey also gushed about Tom as a partner.

"He's an amazing guy," Darcey said. "He's always been a great guy. We have a really deep connection and have a lot in common... I love his voice. It's very sexy, very James Bond."

Darcey explained it's a positive Tom is closer to her own age than Jesse.

"He's older. He's lived life. He's a jetsetter. He owns his own company. He's very experienced in life and he elevates me. I never feel put down," Darcey shared with Newsweek.

"It was something I had to explore because maybe he could be the one so I decided to do that journey again. I don't regret it."
