Ed, a 54-year-old from San Diego, CA, and Rosemarie, a 23-year-old from the Philippines, are currently starring on 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days' new season, which premiered in February on TLC.

Ed, a 4'11" professional photographer nicknamed "Big Ed" because of his huge personality, has a 29-year-old daughter Tiffany, whom he had welcomed with his former wife. His marriage of two years apparently didn't work out because he was unfaithful.

Ed essentially gave up on finding love again for about eight years, but then he met Rosemarie -- whom he calls "Rose" -- on social media and, in his words, "everything changed."

Ed said Rose has "the most amazing, deep brown eyes" and he fell in love with her instantly.

"Talking to Rose has become the best part of my day," Ed shared on the show, later insisting she was definitely out of his league.

Ed therefore asked Rose to be his girlfriend and she said, "Yes." Ed said Rose called him a "king" to her "queen," and he noted she's the woman of his dreams and The One.

After four weeks of dating Rose, Ed began sending gifts to the Philippines, although it took quite some time for them to arrive. He spent over $5,000 on shipping and presents -- including shoes, pillows, and a grill for his girlfriend, who is single mom to a four-year-old son Prince.

Ed acknowledged family and friends were "skeptical" and "worried" about his new relationship, and his mother feared Rose was just interested in him for his money. Ed's daughter Tiffany was also upset about him dating a woman even younger than she.

But Ed had not been in a relationship since his divorce almost 28 years ago and loved the way Rose touched his heart.

Ed therefore purchased an engagement ring and planned a trip to the Philippines so he and Rose could finally meet in person and solidify their love.

Ed, however, still had a lot to learn about Rose and her past and got a little jealous at times.

Ed was also concerned Rose may lose interest in him because he had lied about his height -- by saying he was actually 5'2" -- and the fact he wants to get a vasectomy and not have any more children.

Rose made it known she wants to get pregnant two more times and have a girl and another boy with Ed.

Ed and Rose's first meeting was documented on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days.

Ed flew into Manila, but Rose lived with her mother and sister three hours north of the city in a remote village with no plumbing or AC.

Ed thought Rose was stunning, but Rose was expecting her man to be a bit taller and thinner.

Rose's sister, Maria, however was totally fine with Ed's looks because she said "he is rich," and Rose looked forward to a better life and having a father for her beloved son.

Rose spent the night with Ed in a nice hotel and said she felt like a princess, and Ed remained a gentleman and suggested they sleep in separate beds as to not rush intimacy.

The next day, Ed surprised Rose with breakfast and bed and took her shopping in Manila, but the experience turned sour for Ed when Rose kept taking out his wallet to buy things and tip local vendors.

Ed called Rose's behavior "borderline inappropriate" and began fearing she and her sister were using him for money. Ed also grew fatigued and exhausted from walking around in the heat, and so he demanded they leave the market even though Rose wasn't finished shopping.

Ed called their date in the marketplace "a disaster" and later apologized to Rose for getting mad at her.

But their issues didn't stop there. While enjoying lunch at a restaurant, Ed noted Rose had a lot of friends on Facebook and that concerned him, and he asked if she was friends with any of her ex-boyfriends.

Rose said she met one of her exes on Facebook, but then she claimed she wasn't friends with any of her exes on Facebook. Ed was therefore confused and wondered if the language barrier was presenting problems for them.

Rose insisted she had blocked her ex and didn't speak to any other guys on social media, but she didn't want to get into her past any deeper.

However, Rose shutting down didn't give Ed much reason to trust her. He feared Rose viewed him as her ticket to the United States and that she'd eventually leave him once she and her son got settled in America.

As a result, Ed promised to stop asking about her ex-boyfriends and never bring them up again as long as Rose would be willing to take an STD test.

"I'm disappointed," Rose replied, before telling the cameras, "I feel hurt. My heart crack."

Rose told Ed that he had offended her, but she demanded he take the test as well so it would be fair.

Ed said Rose was the one who was not being honest with him and he wouldn't feel comfortable moving forward with their relationship unless she could open up about the past.

Rose worried that Ed viewed her an "an easy girl" rather than a beloved girlfriend, and so she was angry. Rose told Ed that she loved him but wanted to go home by herself.

"I am very, very, very hurt!" Rose yelled at Ed.

Before Rose left, she told Ed that Prince's father was a bachelor who moved on and got married and welcomed a child with someone else.

Rose said she had met Prince's father four years prior and had two serious relationships in her past, both of which left her hurt. Rose hated that Ed didn't trust her, and Ed felt he might have just ruined his relationship.

"I don't know [what just happened]. But I do not believe in love," Ed told the cameras as Rose walked away from him.

Ed woke up in his hotel room alone after a fight with Rose, and he was admittedly feeling regretful and upset.

Ed wished he had never asked Rose to take an STD test, and he worried he had blown it with his love. Ed just wanted a chance to apologize, but Rose apparently refused to answer her phone.

"I may have lost Rose and I feel sick to my stomach. I have to fix this. I put way too much into this relationship not to," Ed said in a confessional.

Since she wasn't picking up her phone, Ed texted Rose through a language translation app and asked her to meet him at a cafe so they could talk face-to-face and he could explain himself. Ed hoped this was going to work or else he'd be devastated.

Ed wasn't ready to give up, and he prayed to God that Rose was going to show up at the cafe. Ed loved her, missed her and wanted to say "sorry." Ed was going to share with Rose that he had learned enough about her past and was never going to ask about it again.

Ed waited in the cafe for 90 minutes and feared his trip to the Philippines might've been all for nothing, but then Rose decided to show up. Rose clearly wasn't happy, and after sitting down, she just said, "What?"

Ed immediately said, "I'm sorry and I trust you now with no questions... I need to learn how to communicate and understand what you're saying to me."

Rose said she was angry and still felt hurt, but Ed insisted in tears she didn't need to take the STD test and he would always love and trust her from that day forward.

Rose wanted a future with Ed, so she decided to give him another chance. Rose still wanted to be Ed's wife, but she felt the need to protect her heart going forward.

Ed asked Rose if she wanted to spend one more night with him in Manila so they could relax and enjoy each other's company before traveling to her village and meeting her parents and Prince.

Rose was totally onboard with that, and Ed felt "so happy" they were able to work things out. Ed was relieved and thankful, but they had a lot to work on in order to move forward in their relationship.

Ed and Rose only had 19 days left together, and he worried whether that would be enough time for either of them to feel comfortable to get engaged.

So did Ed and Rose split or is the 90 Day Fiance couple still together?

It appears Ed and Rose are no longer together and Rose has moved on -- with a woman!

Rose is apparently now engaged to a woman named Ejhay, who is also from the Philippines.

Screenshots of Rose's alleged Facebook page showing her announcing the engagement began circulating online recently. In one photo Rose allegedly posted, she is flashing a silver sparkly ring on her ring finger and leaning in for a kiss on the lips with a woman.

The Instagram account 187anonymousgossip reposted screenshots of the photos, including one of Rose and Ejhay smiling together in a selfie, last week.

"I guess everyone was right, Rose is now engaged to a female and Big Ed says hes single," 187anonymousgossip captioned the selfie photo.

Rose's alleged Facebook post showing her nearly kissing this woman was uploaded on March 10.

Ed told Entertainment Tonight in an interview earlier this month, however, that he and Rose are "in a really good place."

"That's all I can say," he noted, adding that his relationship was "real."

On his 90 Day Fiance experience overall, Ed shared with ET, "I have no regrets."

Ed teased in the interview his journey with Rose on the show is "going to be a roller coaster" for viewers with "a lot of ups and downs."

"It's the most surreal experience I've ever done in my life, that I'll probably ever do in my life. You have to stay tuned. It's going to get crazy -- good crazy... I don't think I could've made a bigger fool of myself," Ed joked.

"When you're in love, you're not thinking about anybody else but yourself and the person you're in love with."

"It's going to be exciting," the photographer added. "It's going to be a lot of fun, a lot of heartbreak, a lot of emotions. You just gotta pay attention. You've got to watch the show."
