90 Day Fiance star Ashley Martson is apparently so over people thinking she's faking her divorce from husband Jay Smith.

Ashley recently vented her frustrations on Instagram Stories after a fan asked whether the TLC star is tired of people claiming Jay is still her man despite Ashley's late April divorce filing.

"Over it!" Ashley insisted.

"I'm not gaining a thing by saying I'm separated when I'm not. For all that think it's for attention, I would stay with him so I can do future shows and stay in the limelight."

"Filing for divorce not once, but twice, is the dumbest thing anyone could do if it's just for attention! Yes, I had a change of heart and went back and tried to fight for my marriage the first time. I'm sure I'm not the first," she added.

Ashley and Jay -- who starred on Season 6 of 90 Day Fiance before appearing on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? -- tied the knot on May 16, 2018 in Harrisburg, PA, before having a more traditional ceremony in Las Vegas.

After Jay was caught flirting with other women on Tinder days after their Vegas wedding, Ashley initially filed for divorce on January 11.

However, Ashley reportedly withdrew the paperwork just 11 days later on January 22.

But Jay was later accused of lying and cheating again, and rumors even swirled earlier this year he got another woman pregnant. (Jay denied the pregnancy rumor but never flat out insisted he was completely faithful to his wife).

Ashley therefore filed for divorce from Jay again in Cumberland County in April, alleging that Jay had committed adultery during the course of their 11-month marriage, according to In Touch Weekly.

It's also possible Jay may be deported back to Jamaica, as Ashley never filed for the Jamaica native's adjustment of status.

But Ashley concluded in her Instagram Stories post to the concerned fan, "We are on good terms and still fulfilling obligations we agreed to do."

Many 90 Day Fiance viewers have been skeptical of where Ashley and Jay's relationship really stands because the couple had been accused of leaking their own personal stories for financial gain and pretending there were problems in their relationship for publicity.

Ashley and Jay, for instance, appeared to split following Jay's 2018 dating-app scandal, but Ashley later admitted they were just faking it and never actually separated.

Ashley, however, blamed TLC and producers at the time for manipulating her into being dishonest and putting on a facade in public for the sake of entertainment and the TLC show.
