"It's all fun and games until I get your disgusting cheating ass deported," Ashley wrote on Instagram.
She further claimed, "It's all fun as games until your ass gets deported. Have fun at the strip club with MY money and MY car you're driving around without a license!"
Ashley also wrote "Bye Felicia" on both images and added the word "cancelled" to the second one, likely referring to Jay's green card.
After Ashley posted her claims on social media, she and Jay unfollowed each other.
Jay also posted a cryptic message on his own Instagram Story in which he shared a video clip of the song "Girls Love Beyonce" by Drake, which includes lyrics about a cheating partner.
"Unlike a drop of water which loses its identity when it joins the ocean, man does not lose his being in the society in which he lives," Jay wrote.
"Man's life is independent. He is born not for the development of the society alone but for the development of himself."
Insiders told In Touch Weekly that Ashley is allegedly ready to file for divorce from Jay again.
"Ashley is indeed filing for divorce after catching Jay cheating yet again," a source told In Touch.
"She has reached her breaking point and this is the final straw. She feels like she was an opportunity for him and she is hurt and disgusted."

The source insisted Ashley feels "manipulated" by Jay, who allegedly "cheated multiple times" after moving from his native country of Jamaica to her Pennsylvania home in America.
"She also feels... saddened... Due to him not being a citizen, once she proceeds with the divorce he could potentially be deported," the source added.
Ashley previously filed for divorce from Jay in January, but she withdrew the paperwork just two weeks later.
Fans questioned whether the divorce filing was just a scam because the couple -- who starred on Season 6 of 90 Day Fiance -- were accused of leaking their own personal stories for publicity and faking a lot of the problems in their relationship at the time.
During 90 Day Fiance's sixth season, Jay and Ashley's relationship allegedly nearly fell apart when Ashley caught Jay on a dating app trying to flirt with other women just two days after their Las Vegas wedding last year.
Jay insisted he did not physically cheat on Ashley, but she accused him of making plans to meet up with another woman.
The couple appeared to split after the blowout fight in December 2018 -- and both Ashley and Jay kept up public appearances that they were separated -- but after fans kept spotting them out together in public and grew skeptical of their story, Ashley came clean and said it was all an act.

Ashley claimed she and Jay never had any marriage issues and stayed together after the incident, and blamed TLC and producers for manipulating her into pretending she had split from Jay.
"The final straw was when our story started to become inconsistent because of what we were being asked to hide and not tell followers," Ashley said at the time.
Ashley therefore blamed the show for having "ruined" the credibility of her marriage to Jay, which is why some fans may not even believe this second crisis in their marriage is genuine.
Trust, however, has always been an issue in Ashley and Jay's relationship, especially considering she had been engaged twice before to other men who were both unfaithful.
Ashley and Jay will be starring on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, which premieres Sunday, April 28 at 8PM ET/PT on TLC.
