90 Day Fiance star Ed Brown is betting on Colt Johnson and Vanessa Guerra's engagement -- that it will fail.

"I have a six-month wager on that," Ed, who currently stars on 90 Day: The Single Life with Colt, recently told Us Weekly.
"My feelings on that is he's an interesting character. We didn't get along at all -- big surprise -- and his mom [Debbie] almost, like, wanted to jump out of her chair and smack me around, but I wish anyone success in a relationship."
Ed, however, seems to think Colt's history of cheating on Jessica Caroline, with whom Colt starred on Season 5 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, will come back to bite him.
"I just think I don't hold a lot of stock in that on both ends, because I have this belief that things always end as they begin, and it started out with both of them cheating on each other," Ed explained.
Colt admitted on the Season 5 Tell-All for Happily Ever After? he had cheated on Jess with Vanessa multiple times. As for Vanessa, she was previously married to True Maudsley and finalized her divorce in November 2020.
"I just don't think it's a good situation," Ed said.
"I'm an architect; when you build a house, you start with the weak foundation and the house is going to fall down. So, I wish them luck. I hope they can find happiness for their sake. But I don't know. Let's wait and see."

Colt and Vanessa were filmed getting engaged one day after Vanessa's divorce was finalized late last year. Colt's marriage proposal was just featured on the finale of 90 Day: The Single Life, which streams Sunday nights on Discovery's new discovery+ service.
While Ed is quick to judge Colt and Vanessa's future together, he admitted his own relationship with girlfriend Liz is in a "rough spot."

"I thought I was smitten with [Fernanda Flores], but she's 24," Ed told Us.
"That's one thing that I've learned through this whole process is that age is a number and it's important, but it's also a maturity level and a 24-year-old is not going to want the same guy when she's 28, and a 28-year-old is not going to want the same guy when she's 38, at least that's what I believe."
"So I want something that's going to be real permanent and I think I'm going to need to date someone closer to my age," he added.
Ed also mentioned that Danielle Mullins, 48, is "a sweetheart," and probably one of his "favorite" cast members because she's "so real," but that doesn't mean he has any interest in becoming more than friends.
"I just hope she can learn to love herself because I think she's surrounded by a lot of people that don't have her interests [in mind]. The guy that she met seems really, really sweet. But yeah, I like Danielle," Ed shared.

"I don't think I have chemistry with [Danielle], to be honest. And even though I'm attracted to Fernanda, I don't think we have chemistry, and that's important."

In a preview for 90 Day: The Single Life's upcoming Tell-All special on May 16, Ed clashed with Colt and Debbie in the studio.
"You baby him, you coddle him," Ed, who ironically recently moved his mother into his home, yelled at Debbie. "I think it's time for Colt to get off the nipple."
Ed previously starred on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days with Rosemarie "Rose" Vega.
Prior to The Single Life, Colt starred on Season 6 of 90 Day Fiance and Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? with his ex-wife Larissa Dos Santos Lima.
Following his January 2019 split from Larissa, Colt appeared on Season 5 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? with Jess. (Colt and Larissa's divorce was finalized in April 2019).
Although Colt owned up to being unfaithful to Jess, he insisted he had never cheated on Larissa during their short-lived marriage.
Colt claimed he was good friends with Vanessa at the time of his breakup from Larissa and she helped him get through his messy divorce.
Colt previously revealed on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?'s fifth season he had romantic interest in Vanessa once Larissa was out of the picture but Vanessa initially turned him down and just wanted to stay best friends.
Colt therefore pursued Jess instead, and their relationship just turned out to be "a summer fling," according to Colt.
