90 Day Fiance: The Other Way star Evelin Villegas is claiming Corey Rathgeber is an alcoholic and she's done with their relationship.

"It's not healthy to keep trying to fix someone. For the last 2 years I've been trying.. It's emotionally and mentally draining. Addicts can only get better if they seek for help. They not only destroy their life but the ones around them as well," Evelin wrote, according to screenshots reposted by 90 Day Fiance Instagrammer John Yates.
"I can't [be] with him anymore. I really can't. His family that always check my stories, please this time reach out to him! It's embarrassing and sad to share this. And I [did not] make this public to play a victim in here. I do it because he cares about what's public."
Evelin continued, "He pretends and lies about his alcohol issues. He thinks that if it's secret, it doesn't exist. But the [truth] is that [it] is a real problem and I'm not an expert. I do not know what else to do anymore."
"I feel that me keeping the secret for so long has been somehow enabling him," Evelin concluded. "I hope he wakes up and [seeks] help."
Evelin added a broken-heart emoji at the end of her post.
But Corey appeared to respond to Evelin's claim that he's an alcoholic on Sunday night, saying he is totally fine.
"I am a very happy and healthy individual. However, I appreciate the concerns directed towards me. Please know everything with me is complete okay," Corey wrote on an Instagram photo of himself, along with a smiling emoticon.

Evelin and Corey's split appears to have happened pretty recently as Evelin had posted a gushy love message to him on his birthday in September.

I'm so happy we got to celebrate your birthday together for the second time in 6 years," Evelin captioned a September 18 posting showing Corey holding up his birthday desserts.
"I'm so excited to see you age in such a hot way. You just get yummier and yummier (if thats even a word but you know what I mean). I love you for always and forever. Happy 34 handsome or forever 24. Viva el santo!!!"
Evelin and Corey also apparently went on a road trip around the mountains in Ecuador and dined at "the best restaurant in Cuenca" for his birthday.
In addition, Corey had also made an Instagram posting showing the pair celebrating Halloween together in Tiger King costumes on October 31.
Everything also seemed fine between the couple in August because Corey and Evelin went on a whale watch with her family on August 30.
And a couple of weeks earlier, Evelin posted sweet photos with Corey and captioned them, "Just to say that I love you very, very much. You calm my crazy and I spice your calm. 6 years of adventure and forever to come. Love you @coreyrathgeber_90 #ecuador #engabao #90dayfiance #90dayfiancetheotherway."

Going back to August 5, Corey and Evelin sat on a swing together at the beach and she noted that quarantining with Corey was "definitely not bad."

During a June episode of 90 Day Fiance: Self-Quarantined, Corey, a 33-year-old from Mill A, WA, and Evelin, a 28-year-old from Engabao, admitted their relationship was on the rocks and they weren't getting along two months into quarantining with each other amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The couple was still engaged at the time and had set a wedding date for March, but Evelin revealed in her Instagram Stories that month she and Corey had broken up.
"We are stuck in quarantine together but that's just it," Evelin wrote on social media at the time. "We are friends and always will. Have a good day."
On the Self-Quarantined special, Corey said Evelin was reluctant to wed and asked him to go "on a break" prior to their wedding.
Corey said he freaked out and traveled to Peru to renew his visa, and after one month apart, he returned to Ecuador to try to work things out with Evelin.

Evelin told the cameras she had found out Corey was hanging out with another girl during his time in Peru. She apparently found pictures of Corey with another woman -- along with a woman's shampoo in his bag -- and "went crazy, crazy on him."
"The only reason he is here is because of the quarantine. If there was no quarantine or anything, he would be gone!" Evelin vented to the cameras.
Corey said quarantine was "a blessing" because it was giving his relationship with Evelin "one more chance." Evelin, however, seemed totally annoyed with Corey, who told Evelin that he really wanted to be with her.
"I'm not going to lie to you Evelin, I did meet another girl. But do I want to be with anyone else other than you? No!" Corey insisted.
Corey realized when Evelin had asked for "a break," she just wanted space, and he blamed her for wanting the break right when they were planning their wedding.
"It was because you were pushing me too much!" Evelin argued. "You were saying, 'Oh, this is an ultimatum.' And you know I don't work good under pressure... Plus, you cannot blame all of this on me."

Evelin told Corey their problems weren't going to get resolved in one day. They also had no source of income at the time and Corey said their savings were running out.
"This is our one chance to make this work. This is putting me and Evelin's relationship at the ultimate test. Are we going to be together or are we not going to be together? If we can make it through this, I believe we can make it through anything," Corey said.
Corey and Evelin have a history of breaking up and making up -- as well as Evelin lashing out at her man -- so this may not be the end of the couple's relationship.
Corey and Evelin starred on Season 1 of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, which featured Corey moving from the United States to Engabao, where he tried to adjust to a completely different culture and lifestyle away from his family and friends.
Although the couple seemed madly in love, Corey had to try to convince Evelin to marry him because she's a free spirit who never wanted to be tied down to a man.
But on their four-year anniversary, Corey took Evelin on a romantic hot air balloon ride and then popped the question -- and she replied, "Yeah, I do want to. Yes."
The pair was "in the process" of planning their wedding on the 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way Tell-All special.
