90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? star Jay Smith is denying one of the major rumors out there about his alleged infidelity -- that he supposedly got another woman pregnant while married to Ashley Martson.

Ashley has done most of the talking since she filed for divorce from Jay for a second time earlier this month, but now Jay is beginning to make his side of the story known.

Jay is denying rumors that his alleged adultery -- which Ashley claimed in her new divorce filing, and has also alleged in subsequent interviews -- resulted in a woman becoming pregnant with his child.

"Well I got no one pregnant that is a lie right there," Jay told In Touch Weekly in a statement.

"And for everything that's happening there is always two [sides] of the story and [a] reason why it happens, but it's just not my place to speak on that."

Jay spoke with In Touch at the Season 4 premiere party for 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, which he and Ashley both attended.

Jay, 20, and Ashley, 32, allegedly reunited for the first time since she filed for divorce at the party, but reportedly seemed to be in good spirits. The couple even posed and smiled for photos together, according to the magazine.

Although Jay slammed rumors he had impregnating a mistress, he did not deny cheating on Ashley in general.

Ashley also alluded to Jay making a serious mistake during a separate interview with In Touch last week.

"It was very dramatic, very messed up," Ashley said. "I am sure America is going to be shocked."

While Ashley has threatened to split from Jay multiple times and even filed for divorce once before on January 11 -- and withdrew the paperwork just eleven days later on January 22 -- she has claimed her marriage to Jay is definitely over this time.

"I've been a train wreck... Cheating is not okay," Ashley told Us Weekly last week, adding that the former couple is not on good terms.

Ashley and Jay tied the knot on May 16, 2018 in Harrisburg, PA, before celebrating their union with a more traditional ceremony in Las Vegas.

90 Day Fiance's sixth season showed Ashley and Jay's relationship hit the skids when Ashley caught Jay messaging other women on Tinder only a couple of days after their wedding, and the season ended with Ashley unsure of whether she should stay with him.

The couple's relationship seemed back on track after Ashley withdrew her January divorce filing, but then Ashley suddenly accused Jay of being a "disgusting cheating ass" and using her car and money to go to a stripclub on social media earlier this month.

Ashley has also talked about getting Jay deported back to Jamaica, and she might may get her wish.

According to photos of arrest warrant and removal proceedings documents blogger John Yates posted on Instagram earlier this month, Jay has been ordered to appear in court on May 8 for a hearing that may result in his deportation.

The documents state Jay arrived in the United States on a K-1 visa that only allowed him to stay in America until June 3, 2018 and he has been living in the U.S. without any legal authorization since then.

As a result, Jay is "removable" and the Department of Homeland Security has initiated removal proceedings against him.

Given Ashley and Jay did end up getting married after he arrived in America, the documents seem to indicate Ashley never filed the additional "adjustment of status" paperwork that would have allowed Jay to remain in the United States legally following their wedding.
