90 Day Fiance stars Jesse Meester and Darcey Silva had a dramatic and emotional breakup on the latest episode of the TLC reality series, but he seems to be doing just fine.

Jesse posted a photo of himself standing and smiling big in front of a rainbow, and he wrote the following caption: "The way I see it, if you want the rainbow you gotta put yourself through the rain too!! There is no rainbow without rain! My friends, I want to let you know I love you so freaaaakin' much!"
"I'm sorry I can't always reply to everybody but I do slide into your comments when I can. #onelove #realrecognizereal. The state of TV these days fascinates me with the variety of characters and play. It should have been my thesis subject!" Jesse continued in his post.
"It cracks me up and there's great potential you don't see as much in movies anymore. Ratings don't lie."
Jesse, however, also appeared to take a shot at his ex, Darcey, whom he broke up with face-to-face after flying from Amsterdam to the United States.
"If you ever find yourself victim of someone else's issues, smallness, or insecurities, always remember things could be worse. You could be one of them!" Jesse wrote.

As Jesse was traveling to Connecticut to break up with Darcey on Sunday night's episode of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days, he explained it was time to call it quits because he had made a discovery that "confirmed" his "worst fear about her."
After meeting in a park, the couple headed to a nearby hotel in a taxi, and it didn't take long for them to begin arguing. Jesse noted it was going to be "impossible" to have a calm and "mature" breakup conversation.
Jesse therefore bluntly told Darcey that he could no longer put up with her "manipulation" and "lies," and that he had found her police records online.

Darcey explained she had gotten into an argument with her twin sister that got out of control one night but they worked things out and were fine.
Darcey said the fight wasn't Jesse's business at all and had nothing to do with him or their relationship.

Darcey was furious because Jesse -- who also accused her of alcoholism -- didn't come to America for love; he came to end things.
Darcey cried about how Jesse was "cold" and didn't love her, not to mention he had traveled so far just to "belittle her."
