90 Day Fiance star Larissa Dos Santos Lima has unveiled her dramatic and very drastic physical transformation after spending tens of thousands of dollars on plastic surgery.

Larissa, who currently stars on Season 5 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, teased on Instagram Stories earlier this week she'd be debuting her new look to the world with a sneak-peek of her new busty figure, and she did just that via CamSoda, a live-streaming webcam platform, earlier this week, TMZ reported.

Larissa reportedly showed off her larger assets and completely altered appearance, inspired by Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kylie Jenner, in a one-hour oil show in sexy lingerie and a g-string bathing suit on CamSoda.

The 34-year-old mother of two spent $72,000 on multiple surgeries she had in February and August, TMZ reported.

Larissa went under the knife with Dr. Lane Smith as shown on Season 5 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?.

Back in February, Larissa reportedly had a breast augmentation that brought her from a 34A to a 34DD as well as a nose job.

Fans just saw Larissa wake up from those procedures during Sunday night's 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? episode, which featured her boyfriend Eric Nichols picking her up at the hospital and taking care of her as she recovered in his home.

"I'm in too much pain, Eric," Larissa griped with a big bandage over her face.

A nurse also advised Eric to ice Larissa's breasts as she healed at home.

According to TMZ, Larissa went in for more work just last month in which Dr. Smith removed nearly three pounds of fat from her hips and a couple more pounds from her waist via liposuction.

Following the procedure, Larissa reportedly had one pound of the removed fat transferred into each of her butt cheeks.

Larissa allegedly spent seven hours in surgery over the course of her transformation, and she's also had botox, fillers and laser facials.

Prior to going under the knife in February, Larissa said on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? she was so insecure about her body that she wouldn't take her bra off during sexual intercourse with Eric.

Larissa claimed she lost her confidence after giving birth and desired a "fake look" like a Barbie doll, adding, "Go big or go home."

On the fifth-season premiere of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, Larissa admitted to already having work done on her lips, nose, chin, cheek bones, and butt.

"I am a new woman and I feel very happy," Larissa said during the June broadcast.

Larissa's ex-husband Colt Johnson slammed Larissa's physical transformation earlier this summer, saying Larissa appeared to be "more plastic than woman."

"I didn't know [she had all that work done]. I watched the episode like you when she listed all the stuff she changed. And I was like, 'That's a lot!'" Colt told Entertainment Tonight in July.

"But when she went through that list -- she's more plastic now than woman, honestly, at this point," Colt said. "I don't understand it... I just hope by the end she's really happy with everything she's done to herself."

Colt later told Us Weekly of Larissa, "I don't recognize her. I mean, I looked at the wedding photos I have of her and was like, 'This is not the same person.'"

Colt from Las Vegas, NV, initially appeared on Season 6 of 90 Day Fiance with Larissa, and the pair went on to star on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?.

Colt and Larissa got married in June 2018, according to Clark County Clerk records obtained by Reality TV World, but their relationship took a nosedive due to serious arguments and Larissa accusing Colt of cheating on her.

A big fight in January 2019 at Colt's home he shares with Debbie resulted in Larissa getting arrested for the third time for domestic violence. It was the final straw for Colt, who subsequently filed for divorce in Clark County Court.

After their breakup, Larissa moved on with Eric, and Colt briefly dated Jessica Caroline. Colt and Larissa's divorce was finalized on April 30, 2019.
