Liz gushed to Entertainment Tonight how her new relationship with boyfriend Jason Zuniga is healthy and thriving.
"I definitely feel like I've healed a lot. I'm smiling. I'm glowing. I feel motivated every day to get up," Liz shared, adding how Jason has "been like a blanket" as well as the ultimate "support system" for her.
When asked how Jason responded to finding out she was previously engaged to Ed, Liz asked, "Can I tell the truth? He said, 'If I ever speak to you the way that Ed has spoken to you, you better go tell my family and walk away from me right away.'"
Liz continued, "It was a lot to take in... [but] he said [that] I don't ever have to worry about feeling the way I did and that he'll always grow with me as a person."
Liz boasted about how Jason has followed through with his promise.
"He's actually been by my side and allowed me to heal and grow as a person without asking me to change one thing. He's allowed me to go through every emotion," Liz said, adding how she even felt safe enough to "cry about Ed" to her new man.
In a prior interview with ET, Ed had predicted that Liz's new romance "won't last" because he said she needs to "work on" things as to not repeat her past mistakes, which allegedly contributed to her failed relationships.
"I don't think Ed's walked past a mirror," Liz snapped. "Don't give advice if you can't take your own advice. I don't appreciate those comments... I think he needs to take that self-reflection."
Liz said if Ed is speaking on her relationship, there "is obviously something [he]'s still holding onto" from their time together.
Liz admitted that she misses Ed sometimes but after more than a dozen breakups and makeups, she'll never revisit her relationship with Ed and give him another chance.

"I don't see myself ever being friends with Ed. There is a lot of hurt in that... I don't think Ed is a good partner. I don't think he'll ever make a great partner," Liz said.
She continued, "He only loves himself, so he can only make changes for him. There is a reason why he's been single for such a long time... [Ladies], just run!"

But Liz assured ET that she has no regrets about her on-again, off-again romance with Ed and she has "closed that chapter" in her life, especially after reuniting with Ed and hashing things out on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?'s Tell-All special for Season 8, which has yet to air on TLC.
Liz shared how she's come a long way since her "very traumatic" split with Ed and learned many valuable life lessons.
"The first two months after the breakup were the worst, and that's when I was like, 'Okay, I need to get myself together.' I've done therapy and I have worked on myself so much," Liz noted.
"I got right back into health and fitness right away. I have put so many boundaries down, and I don't let people cross them anymore."
Liz added how she used to be submissive in relationships and now wants to be a more independent and equal partner to a man.

"I don't hold things in. I think the hardest part is addressing something that bothers me right then and there, instead of [bottling] it up. I definitely think I'm in a safe space now to express my emotions and say how I feel."
Liz concluded that she's able to work, hang out with her friends, and talk about how she's feeling without judgment. She teased how fans will see her "very happy" at the Tell-All and she intends on focusing on her daughter going forward.
Liz publicly announced she's in a new relationship on February 11 by wishing her partner a happy birthday through several posts via Instagram Stories.
Alongside one photo of the man's arms wrapped around her waist, Liz wrote, "I hope his mom knows that her son is taking good care of someone's daughter."
And Liz also uploaded a picture of herself hugging her boyfriend, gushing about how she was "SO IN LOVE."
One follower asked Liz in a comment on her Instagram, "Why does Ed still keep saying you guys are together??"
And Liz replied at the type, "Must be something in his wine," along with a shrug emoji.
Ed, a San Diego native who is currently working as a realtor in Arkansas, also hinted he was seeing someone new in January.
"Well, I met somebody and she came out for New Year's. But that's tight-lipped," Ed said, according to People.

Ed thought he had found the love of his life in Rosemarie Vega, who was a 23-year-old single mom from the Philippines at the time, but the pair split up on 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days' fourth season.
During the Spring 2021 season of 90 Day: The Single Life, Ed asked Liz -- a restaurant employee whom Ed had been crushing on and previously took out on a couple of dates -- to be his girlfriend.

And then on Season 2 of 90 Day: The Single Life, Ed went on a few dates with new women. However, after his beloved dog Teddy passed away, Liz was there for him, and so the pair agreed to try again.
The couple then got engaged in August 2021 and confirmed the news to People in November 2021.
Ed told the magazine that while Liz was at his house having a romantic dinner, he asked her, "Am I [yours] forever?"
"And she ended up leaving for work and I did a beeline to the jewelry store and bought the biggest diamond I could find," Ed recalled.
Liz shared that Ed popped the question right after they had decided to reconcile, sharing, "Back together on Saturday, engaged on Sunday!"
The couple was looking forward to getting married on Season 7 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, but many of their loved ones -- including Ed's mother -- disapproved of their relationship.
Ed and Liz also got into a huge fight during their engagement party, which resulted in another breakup and Liz throwing her engagement ring into a bush.
The couple, however, couldn't let go of each other, and so they discussed moving out of San Diego in order to have a "fresh start."
But on the Season 7 Tell-All, which filmed in Fall 2022 but aired in January 2023 -- Liz revealed Ed had broken up with her again and asked her to move out of his place in San Diego.
Ed and Liz called it quits onstage during Part 2 of the Tell-All, with Liz lamenting, "I'm tired of all the lies and deflection and projection."
Liz called Ed "a liar" and insisted it was going to be their "last breakup," but they got back together and were later spotted holding hands in San Diego. Liz also revealed Ed had bought her a new engagement ring in December 2022.

Ed therefore called off the wedding without consulting with Liz first and received his deposit for the venue back.
Liz, who appeared totally shocked and devastated, proceeded to move out of Ed's Arkansas home, reluctant and fearful to start over in her dating life.
