90 Day Fiance star Paola Mayfield is staying fit and fabulous while pregnant with her first child with husband Russ Mayfield.

The reality TV star shared a pregnancy update with fans this week, revealing that she's "loving and enjoying" her pregnancy "to the maximum."

"I can still see my abs," Paola captioned a video of herself completing a series of exercises in the gym while using weights.
"I haven't changed my routine that much. I have days that I don't feel like working out but I make sure that I don't listen to that voice unless I really feel the need to let my body rest. Mommy knows best. My little one is so good to me."

Paola then gushed about how she hasn't experienced much morning sickness or fatigue.
"He hasn't made me feel sick or tired, no crazy cravings and all he wants is healthy food! My baby doesn't like sweets or junk food," Paola revealed in her post.
"Once in while I need that pineapple pizza, but we are keeping our vegetarian diet strong, we don't feel the need to eat meat. thank you amor @russ_mayfield for helping with my video and for loving us so much #fitpregnancy #fitmom #paolamayfield #superpaofit #pregnantwithabs."
Earlier this week, the happy couple -- who most recently starred on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? -- announced they have a baby boy on the way.

"I didn't care if it was a boy or a girl, I just wanted a healthy baby and to be able to have it in my arms as soon as possible," Paola wrote on Instagram at the time.
"Of course I'm always rooting for a girl but a boy is a blessing as well and I know my husband is really excited! This is an amazing experience now I can finally say I'm pregnant!!! I'm having a little boy. #russandpao #90dayfiance."
Russ from Oklahoma met Paola, a model and former fashion designer, in her home country of Colombia while he was on a work assignment in the petroleum industry.
The reality TV stars got married in October 2013 and initially starred on Season 1 of 90 Day Fiance.
Paola and Russ announced last month they're expecting a child together after Paola's miscarriage and the issues it caused in their marriage were documented on Season 3 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? this summer.
