Paul posted a video Karine had put together featuring a slideshow of images, including her baby bump and pictures of the couple together, Tuesday on Instagram.
After footage of Karine's ultrasound popped up towards the end of the video, showing the baby moving around and kicking, a sign was revealed of their son's name.

Paul and Karine's child will apparently be named Pierre!
Paul admitted to Us Weekly last week, however, he didn't like Karine's name choice because their son would have the initials "PMS."
"She doesn't get why it's bad," Paul had told the magazine, adding that he hoped Karine would change her mind about the name. "It's not going to be good. I was bullied all my life. It's not good initials."
Karine got pregnant for a third time after suffering through two heartbreaking miscarriages, the latest of which was shown on Season 2 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days on TLC.
90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days showed the couple going through many ups and downs, including Karine threatening to divorce her husband shortly after saying "I do," but the pregnancy apparently brought them closer together.

Paul recently shared with Cosmopolitan magazine Karine is in her second trimester and the pair have yet to decide whether they will raise Pierre in America or Brazil.
"She wants to test out medical facilities and medicine in the U.S. to see which she prefers and which will be best for our child," Paul said, suggesting the decision will be up to Karine.
"Then she will decide which country is best."
