90 Day Fiance star Rebecca Parrott has revealed she is no longer friends with her close friend Melanie for telling Zied Hakimi he was living in the same apartment building where Rebecca had lived with her ex-husband from Morocco.

Rebecca confessed on Season 3 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days that her first two marriages were with "average, run-of-the-mill American men" and her third marriage turned out to be a disaster because the Moroccan man -- whom she had brought to America on a spousal visa -- became too jealous and controlling once he arrived in the United States.
During the latest episode of 90 Day Fiance's eighth season, Melanie got to meet Zied in-person for the first time after he finally moved to America on a K-1 visa to be with Rebecca, and Melanie was clearly skeptical of the relationship and a bit harsh in her delivery.
"I am not trying to compare [Zied] with [Rebecca's] ex, but there are similarities," Melanie, a private investigator who previously did a background check on Zied, said in the episode.
"Rebecca, tell me how it's different," Melanie requested.
"It's a different person," Rebecca replied. "He's a different man."
Melanie continued, "They're both young, they're both from North Africa, and now, we're at the same apartment."
"What?" Zied asked in surprise.
"Didn't you and your ex live down the hall?" Melanie asked Rebecca in front of Zied.
"Yeah," Rebecca replied, shaking her head in disbelief.
"This is the first time I've heard this," Zied noted.

On a recent episode of 90 Day Bares All, the 90 Day Fiance companion show which streams on Discovery's new discovery+ streaming service, host Shaun Robinson asked Rebecca how she felt in that moment.
"Oh my God, I wanted to punch her!" Rebecca admitted. "We're still not friends right now."
Rebecca explained, "I wanted her to see that Zied was a good guy and that I've made the right decision, and instead, she made it worse!"
Given Melanie pointed out that Rebecca previously lived in the same apartment building with her ex, Rebecca said of Melanie, "She alienated [Zied] from his home, where he lived!"
"I will never forgive her for that," Rebecca insisted.
On the 90 Day Fiance Season 8 episode in which Melanie dropped that bomb on Zied, Rebecca felt the need to apologize to Zied and insist their situation was different from what she had with her ex.
"The same home. I hate this," Zied admitted in a confessional. "She is my fiancee now. Of course that makes me jealous -- any man in the world [would be]. But I don't like to see Rebecca upset [and cry]."

Melanie also gave Zied a hard time about working, making money and finding a job. Rebecca said she couldn't file for Zied to become a legal immigrant in the United States until after the 90-day period on Zied's K-1 visa.

Melanie claimed she just wanted to see her friend happy and in a good place after she had gone through a brutal divorce, but Rebecca called Melanie's behavior "borderline disrespectful."
Zied told Melanie that he didn't care about Rebecca's Moroccan ex and the fact Rebecca had stayed with him in the same apartment building with him.
And Rebecca just asked Melanie to trust her because Zied "is a wonderful man."
Rebecca, who was so proud of Zied for how he had handled the confrontation, said she didn't have anything to prove to anyone except her fiance, but Melanie admitted she was going to continue looking for red flags and would need the full 90 days to come to a conclusion about Zied's intentions.
Rebecca said if her family and friends continued to treat Zied like her Moroccan ex, it would surely change their relationship dynamic at some point.
And based on Rebecca's comments on 90 Day Bares All, it appears her friendship with Melanie is finished.
Rebecca was a 47-year-old private investigator when she fell hard and fast for Zied, a then-26 year old whom she had met online.
The pair got engaged on Season 3 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days.
