The two-hour broadcast also featured Bilal, a 43-year-old from Kansas City, MO, and Shaeeda, a 37-year-old from Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago; Ed, a 56-year-old from San Diego, CA, and Liz, a 29-year-old from San Diego, CA; Angela, a 56-year-old from Hazlehurst, GA, and Michael, a 34-year-old from Nigeria; and Elizabeth Potthast, a 31-year-old from Tampa, FL, and Andrei Castravet, a 35-year-old from Chisinau, Moldova.
The cast gathered in New York City and taped the Tell-All with host Shaun Robinson, who asked the reality TV stars for relationship updates, explanations, and the truth.
Below is what happened on the fourth -- and final -- part of the 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? Tell-All.
ANGELA and MICHAEL
Michael was shown chasing down Usman in Lagos, Nigeria. Michael explained how his wife is a very jealous person and so she asked him to take down his social media."She thinks I'm a bad influence on you because she knows that I'm smarter than you, she knows that. It is clear," Usman said.
Usman told the cameras that he had defended Michael at the Tell-All not knowing the whole story and so he felt bad about telling Angela that Michael should be able to keep his Instagram.
"He's a child and he cannot control himself," Usman complained of Michael.
Usman explained to Michael how every relationship has its ups and downs, and Michael said Angela is "loyal to her core" and would even protect and cover up for him sometimes.
"But this time, it was so glaring that everybody [has] to know about it," Michael told Usman.

"The whole issue of the cheating thing, yeah I cheated. The voice note played... but I want you to do for me is, please, this woman is my wife. The way you respect me, I want to you to, please, respect her. I want you to please stop... exchanging words with her."

Usman insisted he had no problem with Michael or Angela -- unless Angela went after him, like when she had called him "a scammer" in the past.
After filming the Tell-All, Angela said she had to quit blaming other people because Michael needed to be held accountable and responsible for his own actions. Angela planned to enjoy herself in New York and then make some big decisions about Michael the next day.
Angela then asked the bartender at the afterparty if he knew any men she could date and/or have sex with because she'd probably be going through a divorce with a man who had allegedly played her for five-plus years.
After a night of drinking, Kim said she needed peace, and so she asked Angela to FaceTime with Usman and work things out.
Angela refused to speak to Usman, and she just couldn't believe she had waited for a visa for so many years when her partner had been cheating on her.
Kim asked Angela what she would do if Michael's spousal visa was suddenly delivered, and Angela confessed she'd "run" because Michael constantly lied to her.

"I don't trust them as far as I can throw them. I could be wrong... All I'm saying is, everything he's done from past to now, he's b-llsh-tting you."
Angela told Kim that she thought Usman was "using" her, and Kim admitted she wasn't sure but was certainly having these thoughts herself.
Both women had been hoping this relationship would be "it" for them, and so they were very upset.
Angela wondered if she should find another man who would appreciate her and love her new body. Angela said divorce was on the table and she was "definitely going to file" -- although that didn't necessarily mean she was going to sign the papers.
YARA and JOVI
Yara revealed she had a breast augmentation and that loved her new body and felt great about her larger chest.Jovi gushed about how his wife's breasts looked really good, and Yara said she now feels confident to have sex with her husband without thinking about how her breasts looked the entire time.
Jovi apparently took a fun trip to Africa for part of the time Yara was recovering from her surgery. The couple's daughter Mylah apparently stayed with Jovi's mother Gwen while Yara healed.
"Jovi needs to grow up. You're a dad and a husband, and your trip could've been canceled," Gwen told her son.
"She scheduled her [surgery] when my trip was less than a month away... I had a plan," Jovi clarified.

Angela and Andrei thought it was ridiculous Jovi didn't stay home to take care of his wife and daughter.
Andrei asked Yara how she possibly could've "tolerated" this behavior from her husband, but Yara explained how she wanted Jovi to be happy because he allegedly always complained about not seeing his friends enough. Yara said she didn't want Jovi to be "miserable" in their marriage.

Jovi then shared how he'd like to have another child sooner rather than later, but Yara noted how she'd like to wait longer and have a second child when she feels ready.
"You can't have a baby and have someone else raise them," Yara said, referencing how Jovi must leave home for months at a time for work.
But Jovi argued he and Yara spend a lot -- or most -- of their time with Mylah.
Andrei proceeded to point out how Jovi probably wanted to have another baby just so he could tie Yara down. Andrei suggested Yara is much better looking than Jovi, and both Yara and Gwen snapped, "That's not nice!"
Shaeeda said she thought Jovi is a very attractive guy, and then Jovi told Andrei that he was wrong about his assumption regarding Jovi feeling insecure in his marriage.
Jovi and Yara also insisted that they are with Mylah most of the time and didn't depend on other people to watch their child.
Yara broke down into tears, clearly feeling like she's a good mother who does her best considering she also works a job and needs time to do that.
Ed announced how women these days are unfairly expected to work full-time, raise children and have a hot meal on the table once their husbands get home.
"You're so smart and caring to other women, but you never say anything nice to Liz," Angela told Ed.
"You don't know our story," Ed argued.
Gwen complained about how her effort with Mylah and Yara was "never enough" in Jovi's eyes and she had to drive two hours just to pick up Mylah.

Back on the topic of having another kid, Jovi explained how Mylah brought him closer to Yara and their marriage may not have lasted without her. Jovi's statement hurt Yara's feelings because she thought they were together simply because they loved each other.
Yara said she'd like buy an apartment with her own money in Europe, but Jovi wanted his name on that deed and the couple argued about it. Yara said she'd like Mylah to have a place to stay in Europe once she grows up and it would be nice to own one thing in her marriage.

Jovi then revealed he'd like to move to Florida to make Yara happy, after which Gwen said she had just bought a property to build a home in Louisiana to be closer to the couple.
"We're going to move, that's already determined... My wife is not happy in Louisiana, and I don't want her to be unhappy all the time," Jovi shared.
Gwen seemed upset, but Yara assured Gwen that she's the best mother-in-law in the world and would be welcome in her house any time. Yara said Gwen could stay in Florida with them for weeks at a time and enjoy the beach.
Although Gwen was pissed off, Jovi said he wasn't going to stay in New Orleans if it meant ruining his marriage.
Ed then started yelling at Yara, saying she didn't support Jovi and just want to "bolt to Europe." Yara called Ed "a user."
Jenny yelled at Ed that he was insulting every person on the stage, and she screamed, "Kiss my ass, dude!"
"Shut up!" Ed shouted.
"You shut up!" Jenny fired back.

Ed then told Jovi that he wasn't man enough to manage his family, but Usman pointed out how Jovi was a loyal man and a good provider to his wife and child. Ed then called Jovi a "wuss" and "p-ssy," saying that he was allowing Yara to ruin his life.
Once there was a break from filming, Jovi told Andrei backstage that Yara would probably want to stay in Europe with her mother and friends if she temporarily moved into an apartment there. Andrei agreed and didn't think Yara's plan was cool.
Jovi said he'd never buy a place of his own and leave Yara's name off of it.
The next morning, Jovi and Yara were still arguing about the events that had taken place the day before. Jovi felt Yara had bashed him with her friends.
SHAEEDA and BILAL
Shaeeda shared how she was considering a breast augmentation like Yara had. Shaeeda apparently wanted her breasts done since the age of 14, and she said she loved how Yara's breasts turned out.Bilal, however, remained silent and didn't seem pleased about his wife's desire to change her appearance.
Shaeeda felt the Tell-All went great. She wasn't leaving in tears, nor did she feel disconnected from Bilal, and Bilal finally felt like they were playing for the same team.
Once Bilal and Shaeeda returned to their hotel room, Bilal surprised his wife with rose petals all over the room.
Shaeeda thought this was a fresh start for them, and she gushed about how she finally felt great in their relationship.
"We never agreed on how to get to the destination, but the destination has always been the same," Bilal told Shaeeda.

The next morning, Shaeeda told the cameras how she and Bilal had "officially made up" and she COULD be "officially pregnant."
Bilal told Shaeeda that she could have it all, including her own business and a joint banking account for the first time in their relationship. The pair was very happy, and they looked forward to going back home.
"We're going to get started on that business -- and babies," Bilal noted.
THE CAST GATHERS FOR DRINKS AFTER FILMING
After filming the Tell-All, Kim admitted to Jenny and Yara in a taxi that a part of her had been hoping Usman would ask her to wear her engagement ring again.Jenny told Kim to move on and find a new man.
"Why do people call him 'Big Ed? He's, like, little?!'" Jenny asked the girls.
"It's like when people who have a small d-ck buy a big car," Yara joked.
Meanwhile, Jovi told Ed in a taxi how someone was probably going to beat his ass soon for the way he spoke to women. Ed claimed Yara had been "very disrespectful" to him, but Jovi said nothing justified Ed lashing out at a woman.
"I'm ashamed of the way I behaved... I was f-cking mad," Ed lamented, adding how his situation sucked because Liz "is absolutely amazing."
The cast then gathered together for drinks, and Yara called him "a clown." Jovi also said Ed didn't act his age.
Liz told Jenny that she was "annoyed" with Ed and never expected the Tell-All to go that way. Liz said Ed's behavior was not okay, and Jenny told her that she deserved so much better.

Liz said she needed to be a good role model for her daughter, suggesting maybe it would be best to let Ed go because "he's a liar" and "he'll never change."

Once Angela arrived, she said if Michael hung out with Usman after the Tell-All, she'd be "done" with him because she was tired and Michael had been very deceitful. Angela explained how she believed Usman would be a bad influence on Michael.
Angela, however, didn't know what to do, and she said she felt exhausted mentally.
Andrei said it seemed like Angela loved Michael a lot but he didn't love her back.
Jovi then asked Ed to have a conversation with him. He said he didn't like how Ed talked to Jenny or his wife, and he felt Ed owed them all an apology. Ed said he didn't want to hear it and was done with this conversation.
ED and LIZ
Kim advised Liz to throw her glass of red wine on Ed's white shirt because it would be hilarious.Ed said he had to leave because he had work, a speaking engagement, the next morning.
Liz complained that she was always on "Ed's f-cking time" and intended to be classy, work hard, and surround herself with positive people -- including Kim, who lives down the street from her.
Liz asked Kim to beat her ass if she considered taking Ed back.
Shaeeda, Andrei, Bilal, Jovi and Shaeeda all discussed how Liz needed to dump Ed because she was clearly unhappy. The group didn't think it made sense for Liz to go back to Ed again.

Kim then talked to her girls about having good sex with Usman, and she dubbed one of his moves "The Power Bike." Jenny also shared how her sex life with Sumit was "perfect" and her husband often massaged her before making love.
Angela said Michael was very good in bed but she had to teach him, and Liz complained about how Ed still didn't know how to kiss.
Liz and Angela then cheered "to two single women," and Kim chimed in how it may possibly be "three" single women soon. Liz said they should go out and party together as Ed was shown packing up his suitcase in his hotel room.
Ed told the cameras how he didn't hate Liz and would like to remain her friend. Ed said he still loved her but would have to find a different way to love her.
Ed said it wasn't healthy for him to keep going back to Liz.
Ed had Liz's engagement ring in his pocket, and he said it cost him $13,000. Ed said maybe he'd give the ring to his daughter, and then he called a producer saying that Liz would not be accompanying him to Boston. Ed asked producers to book Liz a flight back to San Diego.
Ed planned to take care of himself and put himself first.
Liz the cried and vented about how she was "so pissed."
The next morning, Liz said Ed had left her in New York alone and she was about to head back to San Diego herself. She was just glad she had her own place to return to.
"This relationship is not going to work out. Ed and I are done, for good, this time," Liz said in a confessional.
"I swear. This is the last breakup. I'm going to go back home and I'm going to live a good life. I am going to be happy and I'm going to put Liz first, and I'm looking forward to it."
