TLC already unveiled that spouses Jovi Dufren and Yara Zaya will be on the show and that they'll be joined by on-again, off-again couple Ed Brown and Liz Woods.
And now the network has revealed three more couples who will be trying to save their relationship on the new spin off: Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa, Molly Hopkins and Kelly Brown, and Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi.
Kalani and Asuelu will arrive at the resort "in a state of relationship crisis," according to TLC.
They will attempt to navigate their trust issues, and "huge revelations" will come to light.
Kalani and Asuelu must move past their indiscretions in order to fall in love with each other again. The couple hopes to stay together for their own happiness and not just for the sake of their two children, young boys Kennedy and Oliver.
Molly and Kelly struggle to communicate and have reached a breaking point in their relationship.
After a few short months of living together in Georgia, Molly and Kelly separated and are questioning if they really know each other at all.
And Angela and Michael's long-distance relationship has taken a toll on them over the last five years.
"Now they find themselves worlds apart physically and emotionally," according to TLC. "Loneliness has led them to make bad decisions and to be suspicious of one another."

Angela and Michael are hoping to forgive each other and learn to trust each other once again. They also hope to bridge the gap in their communication and figure out how to stay close despite the distance.
On 90 Day: The Last Resort, five former 90 Day Fiance couples have reached a breaking point in their relationships or marriages.
In a last-ditch attempt to salvage their love, each couple will be shown participating in a couples' retreat -- alongside a team of professionals -- to determine whether they can fix their problems and move forward together.
The couples will "actively navigate issues with trust, sex, jealousy, anger, and intimacy," according to TLC.
"Explosive group therapies, intense couples' sessions, past life regressions, unique on-and-off-resort activities, and so much more ensue."
At the end of the retreat, each couple must decide if they want to stay together or return to the real world separately and single again.
90 Day: The Last Resort is produced by Sharp Entertainment, a part of Sony Pictures Television -- Nonfiction, for TLC.
Molly originally appeared on Season 5 of 90 Day Fiance with her now ex-husband, Luis Mendez, and the pair -- who wed in July 2017 -- also returned for Season 3 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?.

After Molly and Luis broke up, Molly starred on Season 1 of 90 Day: The Single Life and introduced Kelly, a New York police officer, as her new boyfriend.
Molly and Kelly broke up after an alleged physical altercation between Kelly and Molly's daughter Olivia Hopkins in November 2022. Molly referred to their relationship as "toxic" back in February, according to In Touch Weekly.
Kalani and Asuelu first appeared on 90 Day Fiance's sixth season, and then they starred on Season 6 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?.
The couple welcomed Oliver in 2017 and then got married in September 2018. Kalani gave birth to their son Kennedy in Spring 2020.
Kalani and Asuelu have faced many ups and downs through the years, and Kalani considered divorcing Asuelu multiple times. They visited Hawaii together in March 2022, but a Season 3 episode of 90 Day Diaries showed the couple struggling to make their marriage work.
When Kalani was asked if she and Asuelu were still together in a March 2023 Q&A session with fans via Instagram Stories, Kalani dodged the question.
Angela and Michael have been longtime stars of the 90 Day Fiance franchise. They've starred on 90 Day Fiance's seventh season, Season 2 and Season 3 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days, and also 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?'s fifth and sixth seasons.
Michael was denied for a K-1 visa to move to the United States, and so Angela agreed to marry Michael in January 2020 in Nigeria so that they could apply for a spousal visa instead.
Michael, however, still has yet to be approved for a U.S. residency, and so he and Angela continue to bicker and fight while trying to make their romance work from different countries.
