90 Day: The Single Life star Veronica Rodriguez has announced she's in an open relationship with 90 Day Fiance star Kim Menzies' son Jamal Menzies.

"[I'm dating] somebody that I met kind of casually and I didn't expect it to go anywhere but we just really, really hit it off," Veronica, 37, said of Jamal, 27, during Part 3 of the 90 Day: The Single Life Season 3 Tell-All that aired Monday night on TLC.

Veronica, who was previously engaged to 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days star Timothy Malcolm, explained to Tell-All host Shaun Robinson how she and Jamal first got together.

"I actually saw him on the Tell-All of Kim's [90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days] season," Veronica began.

(Kim is currently starring on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After's seventh edition, which airs Sunday nights on TLC, with her fiance Usman "SojaBoy" Umar.)

"I was going to San Diego because I know he used to live there, so, I was like, 'Anything I should see or things like that?' And he was like, 'I will be in San Diego, and I will take you to dinner if you'd like,'" Veronica recalled.

Shaun then appeared to bluntly ask the couple if they had been "intimate" on the first date.

"Yeah, I woke up to her," Jamal said, confirming he and Veronica had sex.

Jamal then made a power move and asked Tim to swap seats so that Jamal could sit next to Veronica on the stage.

But when asked if they're in an exclusive relationship, Veronica and Jamal enthusiastically replied "no" at the same time.

Jamal admitted he's seeing and having sex with other people while "using protection."

Veronica, who was still smiling big at this point, didn't seem to mind at all.

But Tim was captured on camera rolling his eyes and shaking his head in disapproval while sitting on the other side of the stage.

Veronica then claimed she's "open to" seeing other men but she's "just too lazy to do so." She therefore admitted she wasn't seeing anyone but Jamal at that time.

With an assist from a supportive 90 Day Fiance alum Debbie Johnson, Veronica suggested she's just having fun and not taking life too seriously.

But then Veronica mentioned how marriage is still "the ultimate goal" and Jamal had allegedly mentioned to her how he'd like to settle down one day.

Jamal, however, had an expression on his face that said otherwise, and he noted, "Right now, I'm just having fun."

"I'm not ready to commit in that way... but potentially [I could see it progressing]," Jamal clarified. "I mean, I don't get into anything with the notion of it not going anywhere... We're having a good time, we're having fun."

Tim seemed upset and disappointed in his ex-fiancee, and he confessed that he was seeing "a lot of red flags" with Jamal.

"I've never seen Veronica date someone younger. She constantly gives me sh-t about the age difference with me and my girlfriend. It's not just that, though. It sounds super negative, but it sounds like a waste of time," Tim confessed.

Tim also said there's no way Veronica is comfortable with Jamal seeing other people while he's having sex with her.

"[She's] absolutely not [okay with it]," Tim insisted. "I think she's playing nice because she doesn't feel like she has enough power yet to tell him it's not okay. She doesn't feel comfortable yet saying, 'Hey, you've got to get rid of the other girls.'"

Tim then looked at Veronica and said, "I actually can't believe that you're lowering yourself to that -- that [you think] you don't deserve someone who's going to put you on a pedestal."

Tim said it was obvious Jamal has no intention to settle down with Veronica.

"I know secretly that's burning you up on the inside," Tim claimed.

But Veronica argued, "I'm actually the one who came up with the situation, like, I'm the one who started the conversation of, 'Hey, to be clear, if you meet someone, feel free to pursue that. If I meet someone, know that I'm going to pursue that.'"

Tim accused Veronica of "devaluing" herself, adding, "It's sad to me."

Veronica pointed out how she didn't know if this was "a thing" with Jamal or if they were going to continue seeing each other every month or every two months.

"It's very convenient he's out doing whatever he wants," Tim complained.

But Jamal told Tim that he's not a serial dater and that Tim didn't know anything about him.

"Me and Veronica are figuring it out," Jamal said, before telling Tim, "It's like you don't really want Veronica to be happy because you're constantly just putting her down."

Veronica explained how she and Jamal had a great night in San Diego and they just didn't want that to be the last time they spoke or saw each other.

"We were like, 'Let's just see what happens! Let's keep on keeping on!'" Veronica declared.

Backstage during a commercial break, 90 Day Fiance alum Tiffany Franco blurted out how Jamal seemed to be "a f-ckboy," but Jamal assured the cast that Veronica was "in good hands" and no one had to worry about her.

Tim later told the cameras it was offensive to him that Jamal didn't see the prize he had in front of him right away.

"I can see by the look on her face she's already invested, because she looks happy," Tim said. "You've done something to make her happy, congratulations. But that's what's scary."

90 Day Fiance alum Natalie Mordovtseva then asked Jamal what was stopping him from being committed to such a beautiful and intelligent woman, and Jamal explained "she is enough" for him but he "has family priorities to take care of."

"Having sex with other women?" Tim interjected with skepticism. "If she's a special girl and you like her, why do you need to keep f-cking other girls?"

"I'm not going to feel guilty because I don't want to be in a relationship," Jamal concluded.

"And if y'all want to frown upon it, I don't really give a f-ck, to be honest!... She is [a great woman], but that doesn't mean I just have to drop everything... I refuse."

Natalie said Veronica deserved better, but then Debbie told Jamal that Tim was just upset because he's crazy about his ex-fiancee and always will be.

Veronica first appeared on the 90 Day Fiance franchise in 2019 as an important woman in Tim's life given they raise her daughter, Chloe, together as friends. On Tim's 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days season, he was dating Jeniffer Tarazona.

Veronica, who has also appeared on 90 Day Fiance: Pillow Talk with Tim, the returned for Season 3 of 90 Day: The Single Life in September.

Prior to meeting Jamal off-screen, Veronica had dated a man named Justin Foster. The pair decided to call it quits once Justin thought about moving to Florida to be closer to his ex and their two children, according to Us Weekly.
