The U.S. cable network A&E has slapped together a special about the recent arrest of Duane Chapman, star of its series, "Dog the Bounty Hunter."

Officials claim Chapman jumped bail after being charged with illegally detaining Luster in June 2003 in Mexico, where bounty hunting is illegal.
But Chapman claims he is being exchanged for convicted Mexican drug lord Francisco Rafael Arellano Felix, who allegedly ran the Tijuana drug cartel and is wanted in the United States.
U.S. Department of Justice officials have denied the bounty hunter's accusation.
"There is no connection," Justice Department spokesman Bryan Sierra told The Post Monday. "That is just complete speculation from someone who wouldn't know."The "A&E" special is scheduled to air Tuesday at 10 p.m. Eastern time."
