A&E Network has announced Neighbors with Benefits, a new reality series following married couples who live the swinger lifestyle in an ordinary suburban neighborhood, will premiere on Sunday, March 22 at 10PM ET/PT.

Neighbors with Benefits will document residents in a seemingly normal Ohio community who are more than just friends with one another. Multiple married couples will court prospective partners and interact with participants all the while maintaining their lives as parents, professionals, soccer moms and little league coaches.

The couples follow a strict set of rules to prevent extramarital relationships from going too far, but they must deal with the challenges and effects of living such a scandalous lifestyle both inside and outside their marriages. For some, the negatives will outweigh the positives.

"While some of the couples on the block believe this way of living strengthens their union, others try to warn potential recruits against the consequences along with its disregard for the sanctity of marriage... Couples find that things change drastically as a result of the lifestyle, while others remain loyal to what they consider the only way to live life to the fullest," according to the network.

In the premiere episode of Neighbors with Benefits, Tony and Diana -- who were the first to move into the neighborhood and serve as leaders of the movement -- will be open about their experiences. They are at the center of swinger activity, as they often host events and bring new members into the community.

Brittany and Cody will struggle to play by the rules, while longtime swinging couple Lori and Eric fear being judged by others for how they've chosen to live. Vince and Penny will be newcomers to the scene and sort through pressure from other couples who are either for or against the lifestyle. Mark and Amy are strictly monogamous and believe their friends Tony and Diana are always on the prowl for new recruits.

Neighbors with Benefits will air as nine hour-long episodes on A&E.

The series is being produced by Haymaker TV with Aaron Rothman, Irad Eyal, Lauren Lazin, Michael Call, Shelly Tatro, Drew Tappon, and Brad Abramson serving as executive producers.
