Adrienne Bailon is publicly voicing her support for former boyfriend Rob Kardashian's engagement, unlike his family.
The 32-year-old actress reacted to the 29-year-old reality star's engagement to Blac Chyna at the Los Angeles premiere of "Barbershop: The Next Cut."
"I think everybody deserves happiness and I think it's just absolutely awesome," the star told E! News on the red carpet. "He looks like he's so happy."
Bailon and Kardashian dated from 2007 to 2009 and split amid rumors the reality star had been unfaithful.
The actress later told Latina magazine the relationship was detrimental to her and her career.
"To be stuck with that Kardashian label, that was so hurtful to me and to my career," she said.
"It's common knowledge that he cheated on me ... He strategically planned things out so that he could cheat on me, and that to me was so disloyal."
Bailon's comments earned the Kardashians' wrath at the time, but she later reconciled with the family.
Kourtney Kardashian declared herself and the actress "best friends" after reuniting with Bailon at Justin Bieber's birthday in February.

The former Cheetah Girls star has since dated actor Lenny Santiago and is presently seeing singer Israel Houghton.
She defended her relationship this week on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" following reports Houghton is married.
"This man pictured here is not married," she told DeGeneres. "People were saying [that] I was the cause of his divorce. The truth of the matter is, that isn't the case. He obviously is divorced."
Kardashian and Blac Chyna got engaged Monday and announced the news the next day.
The couple also have the support of Blac Chyna's ex-fiance, Tyga, but Kardashian's family has yet to remark on the pair's engagement.
