Reality TV World: What made you decide to get rid of Tarzan instead of Chelsea, and how big a role did that conversation where Kim told you Tarzan had been telling her the same things he'd told you play in your decision?
Alicia Rosa: I was already paranoid and I think she probably knew that and she definitely tuned into that. We sat there and I was tanning and I wished she would've left me alone, (laughs) but she came up to me and she was just like, "You know, Tarzan said this to me." And I'm like, "Oh my God. He said the same thing."
And we just went on and on about Tarzan and Tarzan, throughout the whole entire game, never had an opinion about anything. He's like, "Alright, who am I voting for? Okay cool." I never had to worry about him.
It wasn't until that episode that Tarzan decided to be outspoken, trying to say things. I always saw him pulling Kim aside and talking to her. I was like, "He's going to play me. He's going to play me and this was his plan all along." I don't know him. I just met this guy a month ago, you know?
He could be the ultimate guy, and like I told Tarzan, I'm like, "I just wish you would've kept quiet and let me just do my thing. You just played so hard towards the end. You were just so outspoken." So that definitely -- it was paranoia. And I think Kim knew that and she played with that fear in me.
Reality TV World: Why were you so confident that Kim was going to ally with Christina Cha and yourself instead of Sabrina and Chelsea? Was it based just on comments that Kim had made to you directly, or was there more to it than just that?
Alicia Rosa: Well originally, Kim, [Kat Edorsson] and myself had an alliance from Day 1 -- like literally Day 1 -- and we said we would be the Final 3. And I think at the time, Kim was like, "Oh my God, that's like the best option to take."
We had Kat who's just like, you know, crazy goofy, and myself, who seemed to be a hot head and non-threatening at all for her game in challenges. And I think as the game progressed and the switch with Manono and me building relationships over there, it just started to be like, "Oh my God. Alicia has her social game in tact."
Chelsea and Christina started to look at it as like, "Whoa, whoa, whoa. Alicia's going to get the votes from old Manono plus whoever's pissed off at Kim or her." And I think that's what ultimately was like, "Oh no, we need to get rid of her."
Reality TV World: But what had made you confident that Kim was going to stay with you? I guess that's what I'm also trying to understand.

Alicia Rosa: As far as being confident?
Reality TV World: You didn't seem to have any doubts at Tribal before you were voted out that you were going to be the one staying.
Alicia Rosa: Honestly, I really thought she would be an idiot sitting next to Chelsea, because I thought if she sat next to Chelsea, those guys were so upset, that it would kind of split the votes and it would be like 50/50 -- who would you give it to?
My pitch to her was like, "Hey, no one likes me, like whatever. I really didn't do much. Everybody knows you won all these challenges." I was, "So, I know I'm not going to win, but you are." I kind of pitched it like that. But, I honestly, I really was shocked that she also didn't take Christina to the end and she took Sabrina.
Reality TV World: If you had voted to keep Tarzan in the game, how differently do you think the game would've turned out? Do you think you would've kept the power at that point?
Alicia Rosa: Oh for sure!
Reality TV World: Do you think Kim still would've made it to the end and still would've won at that point?
Alicia Rosa: Honestly, I think I would've actually done really good in that last challenge. I think I would've secured it because I was better at steady stuff and not athletic things. (Laughs) I don't know, I was really good at puzzles, but no.

Reality TV World: How big of a role do you think Kim's four consecutive Individual Immunity Challenge wins played in her victory? If you even had any thoughts about voting her out, you weren't able to execute that. So that's one side of it, where you didn't have the chance to vote her out. But the other half is that you were on the jury as well, so how big a role do you think that played in why she managed to get seven of the nine votes from the jury members?
Alicia Rosa: I mean, I will say when I went to Ponderosa, I did wear Kim's button. I was like her campaign manager. (Laughs) But like, I noticed they were upset and I said, "You can't hate the girl because you guys got played. She also was fierce in the challenges."
And I want to say that when you look at who she sat next to, Chelsea was -- everybody thought that Chelsea just kind of coattailed -- and Sabrina was the laziest person on that island, who didn't do anything. It was just awful. So those were still good choices in the end for her, but I definitely feel like I would've given her a run for her money.
Reality TV World: Now that you've seen the show on TV, do you still have those same perspectives on Sabrina and Chelsea, or has it changed at all as far as Chelsea riding coattails and Sabrina being "lazy?"
Alicia Rosa: (Laughs) That portrayal was pretty accurate. I will say that the Chelsea, Kim best-friend relationship, I didn't see that on the island. That was a little shocking to me, that they were that close. But again, I was gone at Manono, so I think that's really what -- that whole relationship kind of kindled and stuff while I was gone.
Because when I came back, they were actually questioning me. They were like, "Alicia's going to work with the men. She was gone. We didn't know what she was doing over there." For awhile, they wanted to see my loyalty towards the women's alliance.
Reality TV World: Do you think Leif Manson and Troyzan looked at who really outwit, outplayed and outlasted during the game when deciding to vote for Sabrina?
Alicia Rosa: (Laughs) Leif voted for Sabrina because they prayed together on the boat one night. I love Troy, but at the end of the day, he's the biggest sore loser and he hated on our girl, and she did awesome.
She did awesome. It's frustrating to hear him say what he had to say about her or that he thinks he could beat anybody. It's like, "No, you totally fell for their kumbayas at new Salani while we were gone and you got duped. Don't try to get everybody to respect your game and your strategic moves because you know your ass is on the line. Don't."
Reality TV World: When I talked to Troyzan a few weeks ago, he said some pretty negative comments about Kim in that although she looked like "Ms. Perfect" and batted her eyes and smiled, she was the greatest deceiver and liar out there. He also said she's not a sweet person, and that wasn't just reflective on the game but in who she really is in real life as well. So it sounds like it's safe to say you'd disagree with that?
Alicia Rosa: What pissed me off was I think a lot of people gave me heat about not taking his offer. First of all, you're coming up to a girl that you did not talk to the whole entire time and now you want me to save your ass when you know you're going home? It just didn't make sense. And to trust you?
It's funny to hear that, because he says it would have been all five, but then he would've taken Tarzan and Christina -- the two people that I worked hard to have -- at the final.
