Allison Kuehn learned firsthand that prior runway experience doesn't always translate to America's Next Top Model success.

The 19-year-old hostess from Waunakee, WI became the second contestant eliminated from America's Next Top Model's tenth season during last night's broadcast of The CW reality series.

"This is like the worst feeling right now," said an emotional Allison after her ouster.  "I've never wanted anything more than this.  Ever.  I blew it.  It's over.  I'm just going to put those pictures in my portfolio, shop for agencies, suck it up and keep going."

Top Model 10's second episode began with Dominique, a 23-year-old receptionist from Columbus, OH, opining about how she was in the bottom four at the previous judging panel.

"It really bothered me, so I really just need to step my game up," she said.  "I'm a girl who's high fashion.  I love competition.  I'm a competitor."

The 12 remaining girls then received a gift from Top Model creator and lead judge Tyra Banks -- purses filled with all sorts of new clothing and gear.  Not all the girls were excited however, as Allison sulked.

"I'm getting so annoyed with all these girls," she said.  "The truth of the matter is -- compared to the other girls -- I have much more experience modeling.  I have traveled overseas to Asia, Bangkok, Thailand, Taipei and Taiwan.  So I'm confident in this competition."

Fatima, a 22-year-old student from Boston, MA, than made an ill-advised comment about Allison's weight, which wasn't well-received since Allison explained she previously struggled with anorexia.  Fatima provided a half-hearted apology, claiming she was thinking "without using my head."

The girls traveled to Wal-Mart early the next morning, where they met Covergirl representatives Brent Poer and Molly Stern.  Brent explained the girls would be participating in a makeup challenge, with each having five minutes to shop Wal-Mart's Covergirl display and create their own fresh and all natural look.

The girls pushed and shoved in-front of the mirrors after collecting their makeup.  Once the challenge was over, Brent revealed Claire, a 24-year-old production coordinator from New York, NY, was the winner due to her "great technique" in applying the makeup.  As a result, Claire's picture would appear on the Covergirl page of Wal-Mart's website.

Back at the loft, Claire and Dominique said since they both have children at home, they're competing for more than just themselves.  Dominique said since she's a single mom, her situation was even more important.

"I want this so much, and I want my daughter to have a better life," explained Dominique.  "It's about me encouraging her as well as encouraging and inspiring anybody else who's ever been through an abusive relationship."

As the girls settled in for the night, Allison fueled her feud with Fatima by reenacting their previous altercation via dolls she brought with her -- an African American doll and a Caucasian doll. 

"I like to take it in the back because I'm black!" said Allison as she played with the dolls, a comment that wasn't taken to well by Fatima. 

"It's not my problem that you have an eating disorder," Fatima fired back, adding Allison needs to "take responsibility for her own anorexic issues."

The girls received some Tyra Mail and immediately knew it was time for their makeovers.  They met Tyra, Top Model art director Jay Manuel, runway expert J. "Ms. J." Alexander, and stylist Stephen Knoll at his New York City salon.  Tyra explained she would serve as each contestants' agent during their makeovers, after which they would each participate in a "very sexy" photo shoot.

Anya, a 19-year-old in retail sales from Honolulu, HI, had her hair dyed bleach blonde; Whitney, a 20-year-old student from Atlantic Beach, FL, got a blonde weave; Marvita, a 23-year-old in retail sales from San Francisco, CA, received a "horse main hair weave;" Lauren, a 22-year-old artist from Brooklyn, NY, got a long blonde weave with reddish highlights; Katarzyna, a 22-year-old in finance from Roslyn, NY, had her hair darkened; Claire saw her hair cut short and died blonde; Allison received a little bit of a weave and lighter color; and Dominique and Stacy Ann, a 22-year-old student from Miami, FL, had their hair shortened.

Fatima had the "most painful" makeover of all the girls since she had never had a weave before and received long chestnut brown hair.

The next morning, the girls me Jay for a photo shoot, which would occur on a boat and use the Brooklyn Bridge as a backdrop.  The girls would be wearing lingerie designed by supermodel Elle McPherson, who was also onboard the boat during the shoot to provide some tips to the contestants.  George Holtz served as the shoot's photographer.

Prior to her shoot, Allison practiced her poses in the mirrors on the boat after already having practiced them in the loft.

"My experience compared to the other girls is obviously an automatic advantage," she boasted.  "It sucks to be them because they're going to suck at the photo shoot and I'm not!"

However right off the bat, George criticized Allison for being "too aware" and Jay added "it feels so studied."  At one point, George asked Allison if she was cold since she had her arms wrapped around her midsection.

"No," answered Jay.  "She's posing."

"We'll see at panel.  You never know for sure what they're going to say," said Allison with her shoot in the books.  "But in my mind, I think I nailed it."

Dominique also struggled despite the fact she was confident heading into the shoot.

"I'm ordained to be here and it's going to happen.  I'm going to be America's Next Top Model," she boasted.  "I'm high fashion."

Jay disagreed and characterized some of Dominique's poses as "cataloguey."

"Dominique tried so hard, but she didn't have anything at all," said Jay.  "Her shoot was terrible.  It just looks like it belongs in a catalogue."

Dominique said she wanted to "freak out" when Jay said her look was "commercial."

"That's not going to sound good at panel," she commented.   

The girls then returned to the loft and discussed the upcoming panel.

"I'm sorry, I'm not commercial," said Dominique.  "There's nothing about me that's commercial -- I'm high fashion.  For Mr. Jay to say that really pissed me off."

"I kicked ass at my photo shoot," gushed Allison.  "I'm not going home."

The 12 girls then arrived for Top Model's second tenth-season judging panel, where they'd be critiqued by Tyra; Ms. J.; photographer Nigel Barker; supermodel Paulina Porizkova; and George.

Despite insisting she's not commercial, that's exactly what the judges told Dominique.

"Your film to me looked like the newspaper models.  Like you know, the sale is coming on Sunday," said Tyra.  "You have a cockiness that you need to pull into your photos -- because right now -- I don't see all that swagger."

Tyra complimented Allison for looking "so soft and pretty."

"I know!" said Allison without thanking Tyra for the comment even after she asked for a thanks.

Tyra thought Allison's eyes looked "a little far away" in the photo, and Nigel criticized her for "just standing there" and not putting her assets to good use.

"It doesn't have any passion," said Nigel, and George added "the lights were on but no one's home in this picture."

The judges then began to deliberate, with Paula bashing Dominique, saying she sees "soccer mom and nothing further."

"I actually thought she was someone's mom coming to pick them up on the set," added George (ouch!).

Ms. J. said Allison poses too much, and Nigel called her "conceited" for not saying thank you.  George said Allison was "tough to shoot."

"It's interesting because she has the most experience out of all the girls, but it's not popping," said Tyra.

With deliberations over, Tyra then revealed Lauren, Marvita, Aimee, Claire, Stacy Ann, Fatima, Anya, Whitney, Katarzyna and Amis were all safe.

Tyra said with Dominique, her attitude in person isn't translating to film; while Allison came into the competition "cocky" due to her experience but doesn't know how to make it work or say thank you.  She then revealed Dominique was safe and Allison broke down crying.

"You can't let this break you," Tyra told an emotional Allison.  "It doesn't mean that you're not good enough, it doesn't mean that you're not beautiful and it doesn't mean that you're not going to be a model."
