Amber Portwood got fired up while responding to critics of her plastic surgery on Monday.
"Shut the [expletive] up about my boobs. Get off my page. I'm in my nightgown. Listen to the words coming out of my mouth and let's be grown women. Bye," she said in the clip.
Portwood had revealed her post-surgery look in a series of selfies Sunday.
The star said in a post the next day that she was "feeling a lot better" and recovering from her procedures.
"I obviously got a lot of stuff done to my body -- like I lifted up my chest and I contoured my body a little bit -- but I still have my thick curves," she told her 895,000 followers on Instagram."I didn't do anything to my face, I promise," the star added. "I just learned how to do my makeup. I just want everybody to be real positive."
Portwood had announced Sept. 28 that her "mommy makeover" was "officially happening."
"Everyone should feel good about their bodies. Losing a lot of weight isn't easy. And your body sometimes changes. Thanks for the support," she later wrote.
Portwood is mom to 7-year-old daughter Leah with ex-fiance Gary Shirley.
The star also made headlines this week for fighting with "Teen Mom OG" co-star Farrah Abraham at the Season 6 reunion.
