Amber Rose says her Twitter feud with Khloe Kardashian over Kylie Jenner went too far.
The 31-year-old model addressed her spat with the reality star, also 31, in an interview with Perez Hilton on his podcast Thursday. Rose angered Kardashian by calling 17-year-old Jenner a "baby" who shouldn't be involved with 25-year-old rapper Tyga in February.
"I feel like everything was extremely misunderstood," she said. "Listen, I met Kylie before, she was actually a really sweet girl, I was very surprised as to how nice she was to me ... I wasn't coming at Kylie. I was coming at Tyga on behalf of my best friend, Blac Chyna."
Tyga and Blac Chyna were previously engaged, and share two-year-old son King. Rose had declared the rapper's relationship with Jenner "ridiculous," telling The Breakfast Club he "should be ashamed of himself" for leaving "a beautiful woman and a baby" for the teenager.
"That's her sister, so I understand where she was coming from," she said of Kardashian, who had retaliated by pointing out Rose's past as a stripper. "I feel like it escalated to the point where it shouldn't have gotten that far ... social media, it just made everything a lot worse."
Rose discussed the feud with Hilton after Kardashian's interview with Complex came out this week. The reality star told the magazine she doesn't feel like she belittled Rose for being a stripper, saying, "I just feel like it was unnecessary for her to say anything ... There was no slut-shaming."
The model had tussled with the Kardashian family again days after her comments about Jenner when ex-boyfriend and Kim Kardashian's husband, Kanye West, said he had to "take 30 showers" after dating Rose. She and West were together from 2008 to 2010.
