America's Got Talent: All-Stars advanced its second Golden-Buzzer recipient, Detroit Youth Choir (DYC), of the competition during Monday night's episode on NBC.

Detroit Youth Choir, a community-based choir comprised of inner-city kids ages 8-18, received America's Got Talent: All-Stars host Terry Crews' Golden Buzzer for the season after they performed a high-energy singing and dancing number.

The Detroit Youth Choir -- which is led by artistic director Anthony White and takes kids off the streets and out of bad home and family situations -- performed "Thunder" by Imagine Dragons.

America's Got Talent: All-Stars judge Simon Cowell gushed of the audition, "I'm actually speechless, I mean seriously speechless. This was magic, absolute creative magic. It's one of the best things. I'm actually quite emotional."

Simon later called the performance "one of the best" he's ever seen.

AGT judge Howie Mandel expressed how the choir radiated emotion and passion while delivering an exciting and thrilling celebration of sound and music.

"This is the competition of champions, and that was a championship performance," Howie noted.

After fellow judge Heidi Klum dubbed the performance "incredible," Terry -- who is a Flint, Michigan native himself -- charged the stage and walked over to the judging panel.

"We don't need to go the Superfan Vote on this one. Mr. White, you have changed the lives of thousands of young men and women all over," Terry shouted.

"For what you have done for the city of Detroit, for what you have done for this world," the show host continued, "one Golden Buzzer is not enough!"

Terry then slammed his hand on the Golden Buzzer, and golden confetti fell on the children from above. Terry went on to thank the choir for being so "amazing" and "unbelievable."

The Golden Buzzer now sends Detroit Youth Choir right through to the finals of America's Got Talent: All-Stars.

Detroit Youth Choir had also earned Terry's Golden Buzzer on America's Got Talent's fourteenth season back in 2019. The choir ultimately finished Season 14 in second place behind singer and pianist Kodi Lee.

"When we got home, our choir received $1 million in endowment from local companies and from the city," one teen from the ensemble explained before taking the stage.

Members of the choir told the cameras how they were excited to receive a second chance to win America's Got Talent.

Terry told People in an interview that he hit his Golden Buzzer for DYC because they "floored" him and managed to get "even better" their second time around on the show.

"Their skill, aptitude and confidence was through the roof, and they once again proved to the world that they belong on that stage among the best of the best!" Terry explained.

"Every time I see the Detroit Youth Choir, I see myself. We are from the same place and circumstances, and every one of those kids have the same dream I did, and I continue to be emotionally moved, every time."

Terry added, "I personally feel that each Golden Buzzer is a chance to invest in someone for whatever talent they bring to the world, and I want to see Mr. Anthony White and each and every one of those young men and women know that they can do it! They belong amongst the greatest talent in the world, and they are capable of doing anything they set their minds to do!"

Self-taught aeralist Aidan Bryant, who lost to magician Dustin Tavella on Season 16 of America's Got Talent, won the SuperFan Vote and will therefore also be competing in the finale.

Beatboxer and flutist Divyansh and Manuraj, who won India's Got Talent's ninth season, came close in the voting results, landing in second place.

Brazilian ballerina, Vitoria Bueno, who was born without arms, finished the Superfan Vote in third place. She had previously competed on Season 15 of Germany's Got Talent.

Light Balance Kids received Howie's Golden Buzzer last week on America's Got Talent: All-Stars.
