America's Got Talent featured 11 of the reality talent competition's Top 44 acts performing live for America's votes as well as the show's judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel and Sofia Vergara on Tuesday, August 27.
One of those 11 quarterfinalist acts, soul singer Dee Dee Simon, had received Heidi's Golden Buzzer on Tuesday night, which will automatically send the nurse to America's Got Talent's Season 19 finals.
That left 10 acts vying for America's votes following their impressive live performances.
After home viewer votes poured in, America's Got Talent host Terry Crews announced the three highest vote-getters who will move on to the Season 19 semifinals during Wednesday night's one-hour broadcast.

The three most popular acts who advanced in the competition on August 28 were aerialist Kelsey Jane, comedian Learnmore Jonasi, and singer Reid Wilson.
Learnmore, a 30-year-old standup comic from Zimbabwe, had received Terry's Golden Buzzer for his hilarious set during the initial round of auditions, and Simon whispered to Howie on the judging panel that he was "so close" to hitting the buzzer himself.
Simon had told Learnmore on Tuesday night that he's one of the best acts to appear on America's Got Talent this year and he's very "relatable" to the audience.
Heidi had called Kelsey's act "mind blowing," and Howie thought her performance was spectacular.
And Reid had delivered a gutsy and exciting performance, according to the judges, and he has "such potential" to be a superstar.

Since Kelsey, Learnmore and Reid survived the quarterfinals, the seven remaining acts were eliminated from the show.
The seven acts who didn't earn a Golden Buzzer or enough votes to advance to the semifinals were The Reklaws, boy band Menudo, guitarist Maya Neelakantan, singer Journeyy, Japanese dance crew Sabrina, Jelly Boy the Clown, and magician Sam Huang.
The quarterfinals round will consist of one more episode, which will feature Simon's Golden Buzzer.
Each AGT judge can hit the Golden Buzzer once during this stage of the competition, but most of the power is in America's hands considering they get to vote for their favorite acts.
Only four of the 11 acts in each episode will advance in the competition. While the Golden Buzzer goes straight to the finals, America votes for their three favorite acts to compete in the semifinals.

Once the quarterfinals round comes to a close, 12 acts will compete in the semifinals for only six spots in the finals, based on home viewers' votes.
Those six acts will then join the four Live Show Golden Buzzers and perform in America's Got Talent's two-night finale on Tuesday, September 17 and Tuesday, September 24 on NBC.
