Los Angeles Superior Court Judge John S. Fisher sentenced Uzomah Jr. on Monday to the maximum penalty of two years in state prison, E! News reported.

The 26-year-old former Army reservist had pled guilty to the felony stalking charge in March and subsequently completed a 90-day psychiatric evaluation.

While Fisher dismissed two other pending misdemeanor counts for violating his court order, the judge did issue a protective order requiring Uzomah Jr. to stay at least 500 yard away from Seacrest and any of his places of work, E! News reported.

Uzomah was sentenced to 15 days in jail and three years' probation after attacking a member of Seacrest's security detail outside a charity event in September, and he was subsequently arrested in late October after arriving at E!'s Los Angeles headquarters wielding a three-inch folding knife.

He initially pled not guilty to the federal stalking charge before entering the guilty plea in March.
