Anna Campisi was a 38-year-old mother of three from Bellevue, NE, and Mursel Mistanoglu was a 38-year-old from Antalya, Turkey, when they starred on Season 7 of 90 Day Fiance.

After the pair met on Facebook, Anna traveled to Turkey to meet her love interest in person.

Despite a significant language barrier and cultural differences, the couple got engaged and applied for a K-1 visa so Mursel could move to America and be with Anna and her three sons from a previous relationship.

Anna confirmed on Instagram in November 2019 that she and Mursel got engaged on September 8, 2018.

Mursel nearly ruined his relationship when he traveled back to Turkey right before his K-1 visa was about to expire because his parents didn't approve of him marrying a woman with children, but Mursel's parents ultimately had a change of heart and so Mursel found a way to return to the United States.

Anna and Mursel -- who claimed he was "very lucky with official documents -- got married in Anna's backyard within six hours of Mursel's flight back to Nebraska on 90 Day Fiance's seventh season.

Anna and Mursel tied the knot in Nebraska on September 8, 2019, according to court records.

Anna and Mursel are still a couple and recently moved into a new home together with Anna's three sons.

On February 13, Anna posted a funny video of her eldest son Joey reading to Mursel in Spanish, showing they are getting along better now.

And on February 10, Anna posted several photos from her wedding day with Mursel and gushed about the occasion when looking back.

When asked in the comments section if she and Mursel continue to learn each other's languages, Anna replied, "We are and have been learning."

In May 2020, Anna and Mursel appeared on TLC's 90 Day Fiance: Self-Quarantined, a spinoff that gave viewers a glimpse into the lives of former 90 Day Fiance franchise stars as they quarantined at home during the coronavirus pandemic.

During the couple's 90 Day Fiance: Self-Quarantined segment, Anna was shown living with Mursel and her three boys and Mursel's English skills had apparently improved drastically.

Anna said she and Mursel had survived tough times, and she was also learning to speak Turkish.

She and her family had been in quarantine for about a month, and Anna noted Mursel was using the quarantine time to bond with her sons and everything was going well.

Mursel admitted it was a full house, which got overwhelming at times, but he was happy everyone -- including his family in Turkey -- was safe.
