Anna Nicole Smith's will, filed in 2001 in Los Angeles, clouded who inherits her estate because her son Daniel, who died last year, was named as sole heir.

But her son died in Sept. 10, three days after Smith gave birth to her daughter, 5-month-old Dannielynn.
Smith died Feb. 8 in a Hollywood, Fla., hospital where she was taken after being found unresponsive in her hotel room. A cause of death is unknown.
The will explicitly excludes naming other possible heirs.
"I have intentionally omitted to provide for my spouse and other heirs, including future spouses and children and other descendants now living and those hereafter born or adopted, as well as existing and future stepchildren and foster children," the will read under family declarations and statutory disinheritances.The will also does not include Smith's burial wishes. Stern and Smith's estranged mother, Vergie Arthur, both want custody of Smith's body for burial.
