A New York jury consulting firm is suing Martha Stewart for non-payment of her bill for its services during her federal trial last year.

The suit says Blackman has been paid some money, but it's still owed $74,047.
Blackman's lawyer, Michael Dowd, said they held off on filing the suit while Stewart was in prison, but now that she has had a chance to make good on the bill, they find the court to be their only recourse.
"We tried to reach out to her to deal with it and she ignored us," Dowd said.
A Stewart spokeswoman said they had not received a copy of the suit and had no comment.
