The Bachelor Season 22 couple have purchased their first house together, Us Weekly reported.
The couple reportedly bought a lovely 2,607 square-feet single-family house that has a white and gray exterior and a bright aqua-colored front door.
Arie and Lauren looked at nearly 70 properties to find the perfect one, according to the magazine.
"Buying a house is obviously another huge step in our relationship and we are excited to really make this our home," Arie, 36, told Us.

The pro racing driver and Lauren said they first made an offer on a re-model, but Lauren didn't want to deal with the amount of work they'd have to put into it. The pair therefore decided to go with a new construction home.
"Lauren was completely overwhelmed," Arie admitted of their initial project, adding that the home they actually purchased was "built this year and we can't wait to move in!"
Lauren, 26, revealed it was pretty easy for the engaged couple to agree on a property -- although they both liked several homes -- because they share similar tastes.
And the new construction pad apparently won Arie over right away.
"From the minute I walked into this house, I had a good feeling," Arie noted.

But Lauren wasn't sold on the home, according to Us, until she discovered the giant closet in the master bedroom.
The pair have seamlessly blended their lives since Arie proposed marriage on The Bachelor: After the Final Rose on March 6.
Not only did Lauren almost immediately move from Virginia Beach to Scottsdale, AZ, to live with Arie, but she also brought her dog Dallas with her, joining Arie's own beloved dog Bastain.
"Our dogs are very excited. They are each going to have their own room -- I mean it does have four bedrooms. And, a big backyard to run around in, too," gushed Lauren, who is now reportedly taking real estate classes.

"Arizona has been a really easy adjustment for me as I've moved around my whole life. I've been making friends and trying to get settled in, but we really haven't been here all that long yet. It has been fun exploring the area and Arie is a really good tour guide, so that helps."
Arie previously told Entertainment Tonight that living with Lauren has really strengthened their relationship and they are currently full-speed ahead when it comes to wedding planning.
