Edyta Sliwinska has danced with both Ashley Hamilton and his father George -- and Ashley is apparently no George.

"George grew-up in an era of old Hollywood, and he was teaching me how to dance the Argentine tango and quickstep because he goes, 'I've been to Argentina and I've danced the foxtrot with Ginger Rogers.' So Ashley has never danced before. He doesn't even know how to pronounce quickstep and foxtrot."
Ashley and Sliwinska were eliminated from Dancing with the Stars based on a combination of their judges scores from Monday night's performance episode that featured the male celebrity participants and home viewer votes cast immediately following the broadcast.
"I had a blast. The fact I even got on that show was phenomenal," said Ashley, who also appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live. "When they called me and said you got Dancing with the Stars, I was like, 'What star am I dancing with?' My partner's more famous than me."
While Ashley was the first celebrity participant eliminated from the show's ninth season, his father actually made it much farther with Sliwinska during Dancing with the Stars Winter 2006 second season, when they finished fifth.
"I saw him and Edyta do the whole thing," said Ashley.
"He was having such a hard time -- his ribs were broken, his knee was broken. I called him up before I did the show -- some years had passed -- and I think he forgot how hard it was. I was like, 'Dad, what should I do?' He was like, 'It's easy, just drink a Red Bull and smile.'"

"The funniest thing too is she whispered in my ear one day when we were dancing, she's like, 'You have to move your hips more like your father.' I was like, 'Oh my god!'" Ashley told Kimmel.
Despite their poor showing, Sliwinska said she's proud of Ashley.
"I'm not disappointed in Ashley, but I'm disappointed in the results," she said. "No one likes to be out first."

Kimmel noted he felt indicted former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay did worse than Ashley, who suggested DeLay's participation in the show was nothing more than a political stunt.
"I think it's the best thing the Republican party's done in the last eight years is put Tom DeLay on Dancing with the Stars," said Ashley.
"See I think it's actually disastrous for them because he looks ridiculous dancing," replied Kimmel. "I have a feeling he's going to be here next week, to be honest with you."
