The Bachelorette alum Becca Kufrin has revealed her latest wedding planning details with fiance Thomas Jacobs, whom she fell for on Bachelor in Paradise.

Becca and Thomas, who fell for each other on Bachelor in Paradise's seventh season last summer, announced their engagement in late May after keeping it secret for "a while" and then bought their first home in San Diego, CA, together.

Now that they're settling into life and a routine with their dogs, Becca said a wedding is naturally on the horizon.
"We haven't really thought about wedding planning too much yet. We would like to do the fall because we both love the chillier weather," Becca told BachelorNation.com in an interview.

"I don't even know if we'll be able to do next year -- we have so many weddings we are going to that are all over the world, so when are we going to be able to find a time that we can get married?! All of our friends are hogging all the weekends!"
Becca said she envisions getting married near their home or doing something spontaneous.
"We think we'll do San Diego or we'll just elope. But I told him once we get through the house, we can talk about it. One thing at a time!" Becca shared.
Becca actually proposed marriage to Thomas during a romantic picnic earlier this year.
But Becca has said in the press how Thomas still plans to pop the question to her, with an engagement ring.

"Thomas knows what kind of ring I would like, but I also keep changing my mind. Every time I go on Pinterest, there's something new I like, so it's kind of hard for him to keep up," Becca revealed.
"He finally got to the point a week or two ago where he was like, 'Stop telling me if you like anything different because it's done.'"
Becca therefore believes a marriage proposal is coming soon.
"I think he's picked something out. I don't know if he has the ring or just a diamond or what. I don't know if he's designing it or where he's at in the process, but he just told me to stop sending him ideas," Becca said.

Becca has made it known she wouldn't like an extravagant proposal or for the event to be a big public scene, especially since she's already had two televised engagements -- to Arie Luyendyk Jr. on The Bachelor's 22nd season and then to Garrett Yrigoyen on The Bachelorette's fourteenth edition -- that both ended.
As for the ring Becca is hoping to receive, she explained, "For the longest time I just wanted a band, but he wants to get me a diamond."
"So I really like elongated cushions," she noted, "specifically the Ashoka-cut diamonds that are very antique-looking and kind of art deco. And I am a gold girl. I love gold."
Thomas said during an April appearance on the "Click Bait with Bachelor Nation" podcast that he could see himself proposing to Becca by the end of 2022.
"Am I aware if I have one in a safety lockbox in my bedroom? I don't know, time will tell. We'll have to find that one out later on this year," Thomas teased at the time.

In the meantime, Becca and Thomas have been working on making their house a home.
"House renovations are coming along slowly but surely. We are probably about halfway done, and I just mainly stay out of the main house because it's a disaster zone," Becca joked.
"Thomas is absolutely thriving. He loves doing everything. He and a team are working hard around the clock and I'm hoping it'll be done in around a month and a half!"
Becca said it's been a blast to design the different rooms and layout with Thomas, from different flooring to decor.
"We are really making the place our own, which is cool because I've never had a place where it is a clean slate for us," Becca said.

Thomas told Hollywood Life back in November 2021 that he was already pretty sold on marrying Becca because they have "the most healthy, normal relationship"
During an October 2021 episode of the "Talking It Out with Bachelor Nation" podcast, Thomas gushed of Becca, "I don't want to spend my life with anybody else... I wouldn't want to wake up next to anybody else."
On Bachelor in Paradise's seventh-season finale, Becca was shown breaking up with Thomas and crushing his heart before overnight Fantasy Suite dates because, despite having "an incredible start" to a relationship, Becca didn't want to leave The Bachelor franchise for the third time with a man unless she knew everything about him, including how he'd face adversity and real-life challenges.
However, the finale concluded with an update on Becca and Thomas' relationship, revealing how they had reunited after filming ended and were dating, "happy and in love."
During Becca and Thomas' appearance on "Talking It Out" last year, Becca revealed she's the one who tracked down Thomas' phone number and initiated their reunion.

"After we ended things, I think I waited a couple days. I didn't have my phone right away and he didn't have his phone right away, so I think I gave it two days," Becca said.
Becca thought she'd be the last person Thomas wanted to hear from, but Thomas insisted she's the one person he had been waiting to hear from.

Becca said she met up with Thomas in San Diego and they picked up right where they had left off, and Thomas told Hollywood Life that he had no hesitation or reservations about giving Becca another chance.
Becca also boasted about how Thomas is different from her past relationships because he's so passionate about a life with her and was prepared to fight "tooth and nail" to save their romance.
"He is so supportive and he's just funny and quirky in the cutest ways. Everything about him, I just felt safe with, unlike anything I had in the past. I was just like, 'This guy is my guy,'" Becca gushed.
Becca even told her mother last year, not long after Paradise ended, that she wanted to marry Thomas.
Despite having been engaged twice before, Becca admitted, "It's the first time I've ever actually said that out loud."
Since the pair began dating in the real world, Becca has defended Thomas and stood up for their relationship on more than one occasion considering he had been portrayed as a villain on Katie Thurston's season of The Bachelorette.
