Rodney titled his post, "Paradise High Reunion," and continued in his caption, "This season was a roller coaster for me. First and foremost I have to give a special shoutout to my cast, who were some of the best people I've ever met in my life. We now share this crazy bond and have become a family."
"Watching and reliving this has been difficult for multiple reasons," he continued, before revealing how he never wants to repeat how he had reacted to being dumped.

"Moving forward, I never want to let anything or anybody take the life out of me or deplete my energy. As crazy as it was, I have no regrets. Go crabs #bachelorinparadise."
Supportive comments from Bachelor Nation rolled in, including from Genevieve Parisi, Danielle Maltby, Michael Allio, Victoria Fuller, Andrew Spencer, Jesse Palmer, and Clayton Echard.
Many The Bachelor and The Bachelorette alums are rooting for Rodney to become The Bachelor star after Zach Shallcross' season in early 2023, and other have been raving about how he was "the president" of Paradise.
Bachelor in Paradise's latest episode showed Eliza giving Rodney a rose and sending Justin Glaze packing at the fourth Rose Ceremony of the season.
Rodney finally felt relief and thought Eliza was going to be his future wife, and he gushed about how he didn't want to date anyone else and planned to introduce her to his family after the show.

But the morning after the Rose Ceremony, Eliza couldn't stop crying in bed.
She realized her heart really belonged to Justin, and she told Rodney that she had felt pressured to give him a rose because it just "felt like the right thing to do."
Eliza then left Mexico and flew to Baltimore, MD, to ask Justin for a second chance.
Meanwhile, Rodney was left feeling devastated and "embarrassed" on the Paradise beach, and the apparent sadness written all over his face made most of his co-stars cry considering they all loved and respected him.

After his self-elimination aired Monday night on Bachelor in Paradise, Rodney also posted a brief statement on Twitter.
"After watching and reliving those moments last night, all I can say is thank you so much to my cast mates for picking me up when I was at my lowest," Rodney tweeted on Tuesday.
"I can never thank them enough for all the love and support they gave me each and every day. I love you guys #BachelorInParadise."
Although Eliza had stronger feelings for Justin on the show, Victoria told the cameras there's "no comparison" between Rodney and Justin and that Eliza should have chosen Rodney.

Genevieve and Kate Gallivan -- who were clearly Rodney's biggest fans -- both seemed to agree. And Brandon Jones pointed out how Eliza had been Rodney's first choice, but not technically Justin's first choice.
Bachelor in Paradise's latest episode ended on a cliffhanger, with Eliza knocking on Justin's door in Baltimore.
When Justin answered the door, he appeared shocked and mouthed, "What?!"
According to The Bachelorette star Rachel Recchia, fans will receive closure in regards to Eliza's love triangle with Rodney and Justin when the show's reunion special airs later this month on ABC.
"There is definitely an ending to it, I will say that," Rachel teased on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast earlier this week. "But what I heard was shocking. The details that kind of came out post-filming were shocking."
Rachel said Eliza surprised her more than any other cast member at the reunion taping on November 4.
"Obviously I support her, and women, always. But just some of the details that were coming out and some of the things I heard," Rachel continued.
"I was just sitting there -- me and [Gabby Windey] were just jaws on the floor. I'll say that."
