Now that Dawson is almost 18-months-old, Ashley revealed that she and Jared are starting to think about giving him a sibling.

"We're thinking about it. I think probably September we'll start lightly trying. I'd say, like, October. I really just need to enjoy my whole summer," Ashley told Us Weekly.

"I love summer. I just want to be, like, feeling free and enjoying it all because we all know that I will be totally, grossly sick for a long time. And I think it's best that all happens when it starts getting cooler."

The Bachelor alum shared on Instagram in late June how she's "quite terrified" of getting pregnant again because she had battled Hyperemesis Gravidarum during her first pregnancy.

"I threw up almost daily for seven months and needed to be on an IV quite often during the first 16 weeks of pregnancy because I couldn't keep any liquids down," Ashley told her followers at the time.

But the persistent nausea was apparently worth it, because Ashley boasted about how she has "the most beautiful child ever."

Ashley gushed to the magazine, "I mean, maybe, I'm biased, but holy crap, I got a cute kid. And he's sparkling on the inside too. He's got quite the personality. His personality, I mean, holy crap."

Ashley said her son is a mix of both the Bachelor in Paradise alums.

"He probably has the biggest side of both of our personalities," Ashley noted.

And Dawson is continuing to hit milestones, with the latest being his walking skills.

"He's really cruising with the walking thing. He's not delayed, technically, on the walking thing, but he's on the later side of it. And now he's really getting his groove on," Ashley shared.

"And it's nice because people tell me not to get excited about walking because it's going to create more trouble for me. But I feel like Ronda Rousey these days because, like, I'm lifting him everywhere!"

The Bachelor in Paradise alum showed off her toned arms and added, "I'm carrying around 28 pounds all day long!"

Ashley also mentioned how Dawson is living up to his middle name of Brady, named after NFL football quarterback Tom Brady.

"He started saying 'football,' so that's cool. He throws a ball, like, amazingly well. Like, can we get him a quarterback camp set up?" Ashley teased.

The Bachelor alum recently left Dawson with Jared and her mother to film Fox's Stars on Mars earlier this summer.

But Ashley was eliminated quickly during the July 17 episode. Ashley was therefore excited to return home to her family and eat regular food again.

Ashley told her Instagram followers last month how she "definitely" wants to have a family of four, "if possible."

I'd like Dawson to have a sibling within three years of his age. So we're going to start 'trying' at the end of the summer."

Ashley explained at the time, "Hopefully I can get pregnant as fast as possible because I want to get pregnancy over with! Haha."

The Bachelor alum also shared how she'll have plenty of child care ready for Dawson in case she feels sick again during her second pregnancy and that she "might take 'maternity leave' in the first trimester" if she needs to.

After about seven months of trying to conceive and Jared undergoing sperm analysis, the couple revealed during an Amazon Live session in July 2021 that they were expecting their first child and the baby was due on in February 2022.

Jared wrote on Instagram that month how he appreciated his pregnant wife so much and thought she looked beautiful, even when she felt sick.

"Ashley has been a trouper and I love her so much. Last night, she threw up five times throughout the night. It's been a very sick month for her," Jared revealed at the time.

"I feel terrible because there's not much I can do except the occasional runs to the store for chocolate cake or to 7/11 for Slurpees. I love her very much, she's a strong woman and I know Ashley is going to be an incredible mother."

The pair then announced in August 2021 that Ashley was pregnant with a baby boy and they had already picked out a name for him -- a name Ashley had been sold on for about 20 years due to her love for romantic movies, including Titanic.

Ashley and Jared got married on August 11, 2019 at United Congregational Church Newport, RI, followed by a reception at Rosecliff, an oceanfront Gilded Age mansion in the seaside city.

The couple met in 2015 on Season 2 of Bachelor in Paradise, and they attempted to navigate an on-and-off confusing romance on the show that simmered into a friendship in which Ashley largely pined for Jared as he dated other women on Season 2 and Season 3 of BIP.

Jared said he realized his feelings for Ashley and admittedly wanted what he couldn't have when she sparked up a romance with Canadian firefighter Kevin Wendt on The Bachelor Winter Games.

Jared eventually won Ashley over and the couple confirmed they were dating in May 2018.

Jared then proposed marriage to Ashley and they got engaged the following month in Mexico while the fifth season of Bachelor in Paradise was filming.

Prior to their appearances on Bachelor in Paradise, Ashley competed for Chris Soules' heart on The Bachelor's nineteenth season and Jared found fame on Kaitlyn Bristowe's edition of The Bachelorette for Season 11.
