Bachelor in Paradise couple Hannah Godwin and Dylan Barbour have fired back at "angry" fans criticizing their decision to wait so long to get married.

Hannah and Dylan got engaged on a beach in Sayulita, Mexico in June 2019, and their proposal aired on Bachelor in Paradise's sixth-season finale in September of that year.

Given two years have passed since their engagement, critics are starting to question whether the model and the Vizer app co-founder will ever tie the knot.
"You know what's so funny? People get so, like, angry," Hannah shared with E! News in a joint interview with her fiance.

"They're like, 'When's the wedding already? What's taking you forever?' TikTok especially gets angry and I'm like, 'Are y'all that mad?' We went through a pandemic."
Hannah confirmed she and Dylan are just "chillin."
"I think why we've been kind of cool with just chillin is because, like, we have a mortgage together," said Hannah, who's decorated a beautiful home with a tropical-style backyard in San Diego, CA, with Dylan.
"It's funny how people get so angry. One day we'll give it to them and they'll be really excited hopefully."
Dylan, however, pointed out how he and Hannah plan to exchange vows in "Spring 2023."

"It takes 12 months to plan a wedding, but we're not gonna get married in the winter. We did look at venues. We have a planner," Dylan explained.
The couple said their wedding guest list could range anywhere from 100 to 500 guests.

"I think with our wedding and stuff being kind of pushed back, just the older you get, the more you grow, moving away to San Diego," Hannah told E! News.
"I wonder if it's just like narrowing down our list, not in a bad way, but just kind of like this is who's important in our life now, not just when we're all over the place."

While the couple started throwing out ideas and doing research for their wedding in early 2020, their planning got derailed due to the global outbreak of coronavirus, Us Weekly reported in July of last year.
"Before the pandemic, we began looking into venues, dates, etc. But with the unknown state of everything, we're putting things on pause and just enjoying being engaged," Hannah told Us at the time.
"I'll say this, the West Coast definitely has our hearts so we are thinking somewhere in California as a spot to tie the knot!"
The couple was also considering asking former The Bachelor franchise host Chris Harrison to officiate the wedding, noting he'd be a guest at the very least.
Prior to meeting on Bachelor in Paradise, Hannah competed for Colton Underwood's heart on The Bachelor's 23rd season and Dylan appeared on The Bachelorette's fifteenth season starring Hannah Brown.

During Bachelor in Paradise's sixth season, Dylan called Hannah the love of his life and had no doubts in his mind that she was his person.
Dylan basically fell in love with Hannah during the first week of Paradise, but Hannah was a little terrified of investing her heart into a man after her breakup with Colton.
Dylan, however, never gave up on their potential, even when Blake Horstmann was trying to charm her.
After Hannah worked through "a few obstacles" inside of herself, she accepted Dylan's marriage proposal.
At the reunion portion of the show, Dylan said getting engaged to Hannah was "the best decision" he's ever made.
"We talk all the time, like, 'How did this all work out for us?' But for some reason, it did. He's my person and I have a different kind of love for him that I knew existed, and that's really special," Hannah gushed.
Hannah also revealed at the time they had met each other's families and she'd be moving from Birmingham, AL, to California in order to be closer to Dylan.
