When an Instagram user asked Jade if the couple still has an "intimacy schedule," Jade replied, "Haha, yes we do still right now," according to People.
"Life is crazy and sometimes it just needs to be scheduled," she explained, "because it's important to us to keep that connection and sometimes it only happens that way."
Jade, however, also put out a disclaimer, saying, "Tip: keep it flexible to be sensitive to each other's feelings and needs, too though."
Jade and Tanner fell in love and got engaged on Season 2 of Bachelor in Paradise in 2015, and they got married in January 2016 for a televised special on ABC.
Now, over five years later, the couple share daughter Emerson "Emmy" Avery, 3, as well as sons Brooks Easton, 2, and Reed Harrison, 8 months.
Jade also shared how she and Tanner plan a date night every Friday, setting aside some special time for their youngest child.
"We are lucky enough that my [mother-in-law] lives close and takes Brooks and Emmy for a couple hours on Friday nights," Jade said.
"We have a date night at home with Reed. It's funny once you have multiples how feeding one at home feels like date night. Lol."

Jade continued, "But once in a while we get out for dinner or a movie or we go down to the beach for a walk for paddle boarding. I believe in the notion of 'keep dating' your spouse, and we try our best to keep it a priority. It's a lot easier now that Reed is 9 months."

In addition to raising three kids, Jade and Tanner also recently purchased a new house, and Jade has apparently been busy decorating for the fall season.
Last month, Jade wrote on Instagram, "We are so excited for this new adventure and to share it with you all! The way this house came to us was sort of serendipitous, but not without a few hiccups of course, haha! But today is MOVING DAY!!"
"We can't wait to share everything with you as we start this new adventure!" she added.
But Jade admitted saying goodbye to her old house was "bittersweet" because her family has so many good memories there.
After Jade and Tanner tied the knot, they later appeared on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars that same year.
The pair initially lived in the Kansas City area and built a home there, and then Jade and Tanner moved to the Los Angeles area.
Jade initially competed for Chris Soules' heart on The Bachelor's nineteenth season, while Tanner first appeared on Kaitlyn Bristowe's edition of The Bachelorette.
