Bachelor in Paradise couple Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk have revealed their newborn son's name and also shared their first photos of him.

Raven posted a slideshow of videos and photos of her son, whom she and Adam named Gates Zev Gottschalk, Friday on Instagram.
"In a wild turn of events from pushing to an emergency C Section -- Gates Zev Gottschalk was born on Jan 18th at 3:33am. He weighed 8.6 oz and 21in long," Raven captioned the sweet images, which include pictures of Gates with his eyes opened wide and a beautiful family photo from the hospital.
"We're finally heading home today from being at the hospital since Monday!! What was life before him??? I can't recall."
Raven gushed to her followers, "So many of you told me 'seeing your child for the first time, it's a feeling you can't explain.' You all were so right!"
Raven said she "may tell the story" of Gates' birth later, "but for now, I'll hold off and just soak in these precious moments with him now that we are home."
Raven went on to compliment her caretakers in the hospital, including her doctor and nurses, and give a shout-out to her family as well as Adam's family for their support.
"But the most comforting part of all was looking into Adam's green eyes knowing we were in this together," Raven said.
"Many things could of went wrong but God heard my prayers. My sweet baby is healthy. I am very blessed! We are officially home as a family!.. Boaz included. Instagram messed up my last 3 pics of my mom, Boaz, and our OB. I'll let adam post it!"

Adam also posted photos of his baby boy swaddled in a gray and white blanket and matching hat as well as the dogs meeting Gates for the first time.

"Here's little nugget. Emergency C-Section -- Raven was a trooper through it all. I have a love for you even more that I never knew I had," Adam wrote alongside the slideshow.
"Gates Zev Gottschalk -- Gates was a name we picked out randomly one night while on a date and it stuck so well. It is also tribute to Ravens maiden name. Zev is a name of Hebrew origin which means Wolf -- also my great grandfathers name."
Adam added, "We're getting ready for 2045 NFL draft already #startedwithparadisenowwerehere #newborn #baby #newparents."
Adam first announced his wife was in labor Monday, January 17 on his Instagram Story, writing, "We think Baby G is coming today.. Went into hospital this AM."
Raven and Adam announced Raven's pregnancy in late July 2021, less than four months after getting married.
Raven wrote on Instagram at the time, "OVER THE MOON EXCITED TO SHARE THE NEWS! Our Honeymoon baby will be here in January! I've loved you before you were in my womb!"
And Adam simultaneously wrote on his own page, "Beyond excited to announce our little baby into this world. Your Mom has already started to like Daddy's food groups and I think that's a great start. Cheers to fatherhood. Coming soon... January 2022."

The pair then shared in October 2021 how they had a boy on the way, who was due on January 26, 2022.
"OH BOY!!! Can't wait to meet our little pumpkin," Raven captioned an image of the couple posing in their self-made pumpkin patch at home.
Raven said she found out she's pregnant right after her April 16 wedding in Dallas, TX.
The pair claimed they had cases of "major baby fever" shortly after tying the knot.
"I think we agreed [that] we'd like two or three [kids]," Raven told Us Weekly in June of last year. "But Adam has said, you know, we'll see how I do with two and then go from there."
Raven and Adam fell in love in Mexico on Bachelor in Paradise's fourth season in 2017 and then got engaged in June 2019.
After getting engaged, Raven and Adam initially scheduled their wedding for May 30, 2020, but they had to postpone the wedding multiple times due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Prior to appearing on Bachelor in Paradise, Raven competed to win Nick Viall's heart on The Bachelor's 21st season and finished as the runner-up.
For Adam's part, he competed for Rachel Lindsay's heart on The Bachelorette's thirteenth season in Spring 2017 before his BIP stint on Season 4.
