Bachelor in Paradise's alleged sex scandal that led to a serious investigation by Warner Bros. has a plot that continues to grow more complicated.

The producer was allegedly concerned Corinne may have been too drunk to provide DeMario with proper consent for their aggressive PDA.
However, sources now claim the producer did not actually witness the sexual encounter, nor did she view the recorded footage of the incident before filing the complaint, E! News reported.
The E! News sources say the Bachelor in Paradise producer only heard about the sexual activity second or third hand before reporting it to Warner Bros., who then halted production and sent the entire cast home when the show was scheduled to debut August 8 on ABC.
Warner Bros. said in a statement earlier this week it is looking into "allegations of misconduct" on the set of Bachelor in Paradise, and once the investigation is complete, "appropriate responsive action" will be taken.
One source close to Bachelor in Paradise recently said it best when explaining to People the situation that unfolded in Mexico is "incredibly difficult and complicated."
DeMario is facing accusations of sexual assault for allegedly "taking advantage" of a girl who had been "drinking too much." A TMZ report has also surfaced that claims Corinne has hired a lawyer and insists she did not consent to any sex acts with DeMario and doesn't even remember what transpired.
"The show absolutely values the primacy of consent, and this instance it appears as though conduct allegedly occurred without the proper consent having been given," the Bachelor in Paradise source told People.
A fourth-season Bachelor in Paradise cast member, who actually experienced the lockdown in Mexico, also expressed anger and disappointment in producers for not preventing -- or at least stopping -- the sexual incident in question.
However, sources close to DeMario told TMZ that Corinne initiated foreplay with DeMario on Bachelor in Paradise and was the aggressor in the hookup to begin with.
The DeMario sources said Corinne began making out with DeMario at the bar, which eventually led to Corinne putting her genitals in DeMario's face, resulting in oral sex, when in the pool.
People on DeMario's side of the scandal also claim Corinne -- who, according to TMZ, is also citing the fact she actually has a boyfriend back home as a reason why she never would have consented -- is old enough to know her limits with alcohol and should take at least some responsibility for her actions in the hookup.
