Rachel and Jordan seemed to hit it off during their sexy tantric yoga session, but then Tanner put his heart on the line and asked Rachel to let her walls down and truly "try" with him.
Rachel decided to give her romance with Tanner a genuine shot, and they sealed the deal with a kiss, and so viewers were left wondering if Rachel was going to brutally dump Jordan once again.
"Jordan and I have had a really good friendship, him and [Tyler Norris]. They've been consistently in my life since our season," Rachel explained during the November 20 episode of the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast.
"And Jordan and I's date [on The Bachelorette] was just kind of this perfect storm of the worst case scenario of everyone not feeling great. It was my first date, it was his first date, and I always looked back on it and wondered, kind of, 'What if?'"
Jordan was Rachel's very first one-on-one date on The Bachelorette's nineteenth season.
Rachel and Jordan had enjoyed a zero-gravity flight, but Rachel admitted to the cameras she wasn't really feeling a spark with the blonde bachelor. She therefore sent him home during the dinner portion of the evening, which shocked The Bachelorette viewers.
Rachel therefore said, "Regardless of where everyone's feelings were, it was just amazing to truly get our first date [on Paradise] that I think we should've always had. So it was really, really nice to be able to do that."
The podcast's co-hosts, Bachelor in Paradise spouses Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt, agreed, however, that from a viewer's perspective, it didn't seem like Rachel was that into Jordan on their Bachelor in Paradise yoga date.
Serena noted how the pair clearly got along but there didn't seem to be any sparks.
"Really?!" Rachel replied with a shocked expression on her face.

Rachel proceeded to tease how there's "so much to the story" in regard to her mindset at the time she was dating both Jordan and Tanner.
"I think people just watched me go on this date with [Brayden Bowers], and even watching it back, having watched myself go on so many dates, it was kind of chemistry flying off the screen and it was very intense," Rachel explained.
Rachel suggested that while she and Brayden had a passionate physical connection, her relationship with Jordan had its own strengths.
"Me and Jordan have more of a sweet, different relationship," Rachel revealed.
"So I think coming off of seeing that, it totally can appear that way. But connection-wise, we've always had kind of something there. And I had an incredible time on the date."
Rachel acknowledged how she was trying to play it cool with Jordan in Paradise because she had already "taken an experience away" from him by "sending him home so early" on The Bachelorette.
"I didn't want to take Paradise away from him as well," Rachel noted.

When Rachel and Jordan spent time together in Paradise, she apparently told him that her relationship with Tanner was "more of a friend thing."

But then Tanner caught Rachel off-guard with his deep and vulnerable conversation about wanting a girlfriend so badly. Tanner even told Rachel after her date that he was only interested in dating her on the beach.
"Everything kind of goes up in the air [once Tanner talks to me], but I really wanted Jordan to have this full experience. So maybe that was me trying to allow him to do that as well," Rachel explained.
"I feel so bad because I really don't want Jordan to view me as someone who keeps ruining this for him. So I was like, 'Please go to the beach and explore. I am so interested in you and I do want to see where this goes.'"
Rachel said that when her great date with Jordan ended, she didn't want to smother him in Paradise.
"As soon as we got back, I really wanted to give him that space -- even if me and Tanner weren't a thing -- to do that and not feel pressure to always be near me. I don't know if this makes sense," Rachel shared.
Joe therefore asked Rachel which guy she was truly leaning towards -- Tanner or Jordan V.
"In that moment, it's really hard to say because Tanner just came out of nowhere, in my mind," Rachel admitted.
"Not that we weren't friends before, but this romantic connection kind of came out of nowhere, and I think I really wanted to explore what could be with him while Jordan was going to explore as well. But it's hard to say."
Rachel teased how Bachelor in Paradise viewers will have to wait until the next Rose Ceremony, when the women will have the power, to find out which guy she preferred and ultimately chose to pursue.
Back in early September, Rachel teased of her Bachelor in Paradise stint on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast, "I can say my time in Paradise was very real."

She went on to co-star on The Bachelorette's nineteenth season alongside Gabby Windey in 2022.
Rachel got engaged to Tino Franco on The Bachelorette finale, but she called off their engagement and broke up with him once she discovered he had been unfaithful to her by kissing another woman when they were going through challenging times.
