[Bachelor in Paradise Spoiler Warning: This report contains spoilers about what happened between Eliza and Justin and the current status of their post-Bachelor in Paradise relationship.]
Eliza, a 25-year-old marketing manager from Berlin, Germany, entered Paradise as part of "The Split" twist, and she and Rodney Mathews immediately hit it off.
Eliza had been hoping to meet Rodney in Paradise and vice versa.

But then Justin, a 26-year-old investment sales consultant from Baltimore, MD, returned to Paradise with his heart set on meeting Eliza. He claimed he only cared about her and wanted to date her after having previous failed romances on the show.
Because Rodney didn't ask Eliza to stay with him, Eliza decided to give Justin a chance and go on a date with him. She had wanted to find a man who would be strong and choose her no matter what.
On the latest Season 8 episode of Bachelor in Paradise, Justin and Rodney chose to both pursue Eliza and fight for her, even though they both knew the situation would end with one of them getting crushed.
"I can't lose you. I just can't. I'm not ready for that life. I'm not ready for life without you," Rodney told Eliza.
Rodney told the bachelorette how he didn't want there to be any uncertainty for her going forward. Rodney insisted he'd crawl and fight for Eliza, who responded, "Better late than never."
Eliza kissed Rodney, who couldn't wait to introduce her to his mother and family.
But then Eliza grabbed Justin for a chat. Justin surprised Eliza with a big bowl of gummy bears, and he said he just wanted her to be happy. Eliza kissed the bachelor, with Rodney watching in bewilderment close by.
Eliza then cried to her girlfriends because her gut and her heart wasn't leading her in one direction and she had run out of time. Eliza seemed totally torn and worried to make the wrong decision. In order to avoid making a decision, Eliza threatening to quit Paradise and go home.
Victoria Fuller thought there was "no comparison" between Rodney and Justin, and so she just hoped Eliza wouldn't "f-ck this up."

Eliza, later admitting she felt pressured to do so, gave Rodney a rose at the fourth Rose Ceremony of the season.

Eliza's decision resulted in Justin going home, and when she walked him out, they were both crying. Justin departed the show with kindness, understanding and grace, but he had a difficult time saying goodbye to Eliza.
Meanwhile, Rodney thought Eliza was going to be his future wife, but the morning after the Rose Ceremony, Eliza couldn't stop crying.
Eliza therefore told Rodney that she had only given him a rose because it "felt like the right thing to do." Eliza then left Paradise and flew to Baltimore, MD, to ask Justin for another chance.
Rodney was left feeling devastated and "embarrassed" on the Paradise beach, and the apparent sadness written all over his face made most of his co-stars cry considering they all loved and respected him.
The latest episode ended with Eliza knocking on Justin's door and the bachelor answering with a shocked expression on his face.

Rodney said in a statement after the episode aired that he "never [wants] to let anything or anybody take the life out of me or deplete my energy" again.
Based on a preview that aired on ABC of what's to come, Eliza tells Justin that she finally went after what she wants -- and it's him.
"I'm just, like, really confused," Justin admits in the preview.
So did Justin take Eliza back? If so, did the couple continue dating? And what's their relationship status now?
According to Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone, Justin rejected Eliza on-camera after she surprised him in Baltimore.Justin allegedly told the bachelorette that he wants a woman who's "all in."

However, Carbone reported on November 5 citing sources that attended Bachelor in Paradise's reunion filming on November 4, that Justin and Eliza revealed they continued talking for hours after Justin said "no" and the cameras left.
The pair then decided to meet up in Los Angeles, but Eliza allegedly ghosted him.
Eliza claimed she ditched Justin because he didn't contact her until around 11PM when he got there.
When recalling how messy, dramatic -- and, in some cases, volatile -- the reunion taping turned out to be, The Bachelorette Season 19 star Rachel Recchia admitted Eliza surprised her the most on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast.
"Not that she went at it [with someone], but I was proud of her," Rachel told the podcast co-hosts Becca Kufrin and Michelle Young of Eliza.
"She was going through it down there [in Mexico]. I wanted to go down there and cradle her."

"There is definitely an ending to it, I will say that," Rachel teased. "But what I heard was shocking. The details that kind of came out post-filming were shocking."
Rachel said she already "knew Eliza's side" of the drama, adding, "Obviously I support her, and women, always."
"But just some of the details that were coming out and some of the things I heard," the flight instructor continued, "I was just sitting there -- me and Gabby were just jaws on the floor. I'll say that."
