When asked if the ambulance took Casey straight to the airport, Casey replied on Instagram Stories, "It was an hour to the hospital, 30 minutes on unpaved roads."
As the Season 8 episode was airing Monday night on ABC, Casey gave fans an update on his healing and recovery post-show.
"3 broken bones. 3 operations. 4 months later. 1 sad guy here," Casey wrote alongside a photo of his right foot in a cast.
In the background of the photo, Casey underlined the word "crazy" as Michael Allio appeared to be in shock and disbelief.
Casey went on to clarify how his foot is still in a cast "right now."
"I haven't walked in over 4 months," the 36-year-old advertising creative director from Miami Beach, FL, clarified.
On Bachelor in Paradise, Casey warned Brittany Galvin that Peter Izzo had called her a clout chaser and said she wanted to date only date men with large Instagram followings. Casey wanted Brittany to know that Peter had essentially accused her of being on the show for the wrong reasons.
Brittany and her girlfriends Jill Chin and Genevieve Parisi therefore confronted Peter on the beach and asked him to leave, which escalated the drama to the point of yelling.

As Casey watched the fight unfold, he said he felt lightheaded.

"I just feel so much stress right now... Everyone is pissed off. I didn't think my actions would have that much of an effect. It's just eating me up inside," Casey told the cameras, before hitting the ground hard.
Casey informed the medics how his episode was probably circumstantial rather than physical because he'd been feeling "overwhelmed" by his surroundings and responsible for cocktail-party chaos.
Some Bachelor in Paradise viewers, however, have accused Casey of exaggerating his injury so he could leave the beach early in order to avoid the embarrassment of being denied a rose at the second Rose Ceremony of the season.
Casey therefore thanked the fans who believe him and have been supporting him on social media.
When one Instagram user noted how it was "disgusting" for people to question the legitimacy of Casey's accident, Casey wrote, "I think most people don't know how severe the injury was, and everyone deserves a good roast -- I just wish y'all knew the whole story!"
Casey also clapped back when a person slammed him for spreading "rumors," presumably about Peter.
"Is it a rumor if it's 100% true?" Casey wrote on Instagram Stories, referring to how Peter had definitely talked badly about Brittany behind her back.
"Wouldn't you want to know if you're being slandered?" he added.

Casey, who was appreciated for his witty and funny commentary throughout the Bachelor in Paradise season, went on to joke via Instagram Stories, "Still hosting this season of Bachelor in Paradise from the ambulance."
Casey also reposted a fan's tweet who wrote, "The way [Andrew Spencer]'s first instinct was to call out Casey for telling Brittany, not Peter for saying horrible things about her, was not cool."
On Monday night's episode, Andrew called Casey out for being a pot-stirrer and drama starter by snitching on Peter. Andrew seemed disappointed and frustrated by Casey's alleged attempt to secure a rose for himself, given Brittany's rose had been up for grabs.
Once Casey was escorted out of Paradise, Brittany gave her rose to Andrew.
Prior to his Bachelor in Paradise stint, Casey competed for Michelle Young's heart on The Bachelorette's eighteenth season.
