Bachelor Nation alums Rachel Nance and John Henry Spurlock have sparked dating rumors with a flirtatious TikTok video.

Rachel recently posted a TikTok video appearing to show John Henry and herself on a date at a waterfront restaurant in her home state of Hawaii.

In the video, Rachel and John Henry were sitting at a table with a dock behind them, and they were just wrapping up their pasta meals.

Rachel lip-syncs to a voiceover, "How much do I owe you?" to which John Henry responds, "It's okay, it's on the house."

Rachel, applying lip gloss, subsequently mouths, "Really?!"

The ICU nurse, who currently lives in California, captioned her video, "My wallet was not harmed in the making of this video."

The Bachelor fans quickly started shipping Rachel and John Henry as a couple, including Daisy Kent, and many people questioned if this was a "hard launch" for the pair's relationship.

Rachel did not answer fans' questions, allowing speculation about the apparent couple to continue.

Rachel's ouster aired during the second half of The Bachelor: The Women Tell All on March 18, during which she shared how she had been subjected to a lot of hurtful and racist comments online.

The Bachelor's Season 28 star Joey Graziadei had eliminated Rachel after Fantasy Suites.

"I knew that I was going to go home," Rachel told Bachelor in Paradise spouses Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast in March.

She added, "I think towards the end, he and I definitely knew that that's as far as our relationship was going to go."

Although Rachel called her love for Joey "platonic" on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast, she told The Bachelor host Jesse Palmer at The Women Tell All taping earlier that month that she was "in love" with The Bachelor star.

Rachel said a part of her wishes she had told Joey that she was in love with him sooner, but she was also proud of herself for being vulnerable and putting her heart on the line after being cheated on twice in past relationships.

While Rachel confessed she "wouldn't do" The Bachelor again, she suggested earlier this year that she'd possibly be open to starring on The Bachelorette or looking for love in Mexico on Bachelor in Paradise.

"I am open to whatever feels right in the moment. As of right now, I'm enjoying everything settling down. I'm enjoying seeing the way things are unfolding, and it's looking amazing for my future," Rachel told Us Weekly.

"So we'll see what the future holds, but until then, I'm just going to go home, back to Hawaii and relax on the beach."

John Henry, for his part, competed on Charity Lawson's season of The Bachelorette and then appeared on Bachelor in Paradise's ninth season last year.

John Henry got engaged to Kat Izzo on Bachelor in Paradise's Season 9 finale, which aired December 7 on ABC.

"We couldn't be any more different. I knew that, she knew that, and everybody [knew that]... But it just worked," John Henry explained during an April episode of the "The Ben and Ashley I: Almost Famous Podcast" co-hosted by Ben Higgins and Ashley Iaconetti.

"She's very vocal, she's loud, she's always all over the place, and I'm grounded. It just worked... It fit."

After filming the show, Kat moved to North Carolina to be closer to the underwater welder, but she had been hoping they'd eventually relocate to San Diego, CA, together. The idea of potentially moving and changing jobs apparently overwhelmed John Henry.

But John Henry and the registered nurse from Tampa, FL, announced their split on December 11 with a joint Instagram statement.

"I started thinking to myself, 'Is this really it? Is this really what I want?' Once I started thinking that, it just kind of started spiraling for me, and then everything else just started getting more stressful," John Henry explained on the podcast.

"And then, I started to see our differences a lot more. So, things just really got hard for me."

John Henry said he was also struggling with depression at that time and he "wasn't there" for Kat like he "should've been" or wanted to be.

"It got to a point where it was just extremely hard for the both of us," he recalled. "And then basically, I called it quits. I said, 'This doesn't feel right. I think this should be a lot easier than what it is,' and it just, it wasn't the case."

John Henry revealed that Kat was "shocked" by his decision to break up with her and the situation "wasn't really fair" to her.

"Because at the time, I was her fiance and I was supposed to be her rock... I think the hardest thing for her was the fact I'm supposed to be her guy and I'm supposed to be there for her, and I was struggling with that because of all the issues I was dealing with myself," John Henry shared.

To this day, however, John Henry said he and Kat remain friends and have an amicable relationship.

The Bachelor in Paradise alum concluded, "I'm happy with my experience, and I wouldn't change it for anything... Someone is going to be very lucky to have [Kat]."
