Grant appeared to begin falling in love during his week of dates in Madrid, Spain.

Grant enjoyed one-on-one dates with Dina Lupancu, a 31-year-old attorney from Chicago, IL, and Sarafiena Watkins, a 29-year-old associate media director from New York, NY.

Grant said Dina opened his eyes to what a real 50-50 partnership could look like with a partner, and Grant's "slow burn" romance with Sarafiena "caught fire" in Madrid.

Grant said he could picture both Dina and Sarafiena being his future wife, and Sarafiena noted how she was "falling in love" with The Bachelor star.

While Grant was feeling optimistic about his journey to find love, many of the women weren't getting along.

Carolina Sofia, a 28-year-old from West Hollywood, CA, complained about how she didn't have enough time with Grant and still had "unanswered questions" about him, even though she already had a one-on-one date.

"I still feel like I don't know him," Carolina announced to the group of bachelorettes.

"It's almost like how do you get engaged after one date essentially? I really like him but I also still barely know the guy."

Litia Garr, a 31-year-old venture capitalist from Salt Lake City, UT, thought Carolina was coming across "ungrateful and entitled."

And Juliana Pasquarosa, a 28-year-old client service associate from Newton, MA, vented to the cameras about how Carolina was so "unappreciative" and it was really "unsettling" for her.

Juliana complained that Carolina needed to pack her bags and go home, but Carolina insisted her doubts at this stage in the process were natural and she definitely felt potential with Grant.

Juliana, however, warned Grant about what Carolina had said, and so Grant -- feeling uneasy about Carolina -- gave her the very last rose at the fourth Rose Ceremony of the season in Madrid.

During that Rose Ceremony, Grant denied roses to Natalie Phillips and Parisa Shifteh.

Rose Sombke also quit The Bachelor because she felt Carolina had ruined her blossoming relationship with Grant.

Grant therefore ended the week in Madrid with only seven bachelorettes left in the running for his heart.

In addition to Carolina, Dina, Juliana, Litia, and Sarafiena, the other two women were Alexe Godin, a 27-year-old pediatric speech therapist from New Brunswick, Canada, and Zoe McGrady, a 27-year-old tech engineer and model from New York, NY.
