Bam Margera claims the woman accused of assaulting him with a baseball bat is lying about the incident.

"She snuck up behind me and hit me in the back of my head with a baseball bat. I'm laying in a pool of blood in the middle of the road. She calls 911 and says, 'Somebody got hit by a car in front of my house' -- which is a total lie because she knew that I was unconscious," Margera told TMZ on Monday.
"When I woke up, I was like, 'I didn't get hit by a car. She hit me in the head with a bat.' Once that happened, they realized she was lying. Now she knows she's in big trouble."
Elizabeth Ray was arrested and charged with aggravated assault after the incident on Saturday night near Margera's The Note club in West Chester, PA.
The 59-year-old has denied she struck the former Jackass, Viva La Bam and Bam's Unholy Union star and also accused him of using "racial slurs," including the "n-word."

"I was across the street with four black dudes smoking a cigarette, laughing. Why would I call her that if I was with four black dudes?" Margera told TMZ.
"She knows that she got caught lying and that's the best she can come up with."
In addition, Margera said this isn't the first time he's had a problem with Ray.
"Basically there's this crazy lady who lives connected to my bar, and she complains about loud bass drum. I have all these bands playing every week, so she calls the place nonstop," he told TMZ.
"She's punched me in the face, I filed a police report. Then she threatened to kill me twice, I filed two police reports. She threatened to kill Missy -- my wife -- for no reason. She threatened to burn the place down. Then she hit me over the head with a baseball bat. Now I don't put it past her if she actually would burn the place down."

Margera showed TMZ cameras the staples he received in his head from the alleged assault, which he claims hindered filming for his upcoming Jackass 3D film.
"I was internally bleeding in the brain for two days and they wouldn't let me leave the hospital. I was like, 'I need to go to Los Angeles in six hours to go finish Jackass.' We start tomorrow and I'm supposed to get hit in the head and now I can't because of her," he told TMZ.
"They're trying to come up with some new plan for me. I feel a little bit better, I feel a little dizzy. But they said the internal bleeding stopped. I still have a concussion."
Margera said Ray -- who has a hearing scheduled Thursday -- is "seriously nuts in the head."
"I don't care if she's in the Bahamas at a beach, in a mental institution or in jail -- either way I just hope she's out of my sight," he told TMZ.
